2024年4月。コペンハーゲン最後の夜。
この日は『Geranium』でディナー。2度目の訪問です。
The World’s 50 Best Restaurant 2022 で世界1位となり
ミシュランも長年☆☆☆をキープしています♪
2022年より肉を使わないコースに切り替えたため、
地元野菜と北欧の魚介をメインとしたコースとなったため
肉なしのコースは今回初体験。

今回のコースですが、料理の盛り付けがよりパワーアップ
した印象。ワインも豊富で、ペアリングもとても好み♪
(といっても一番安い5万円のペアリングでしたがw)
ミルクやバターの濃厚ソースも野菜や魚介との相性が良く、
国内で例えるなら北海道フレンチのような感じかも。
今回もコース途中でワインセラーや厨房の案内をして頂き、
前回と同様「スタッフ皆さんと写真をお願いできる?」と
聞いてみたら快諾してくれ、集合写真いただきましたw
有難うございます。
店内はnomaに比べると比較的カッチリした雰囲気ですが
(ミシュランが好みそう)、決して堅苦しい感じでもなく
温かいおもてなしで、ゆったり食事を楽しめました。
