Newtowndaly, Loughrea, Co. Galway. Peacefully, on the 27th of January 2020, at University Hospital Galway, surrounded by her loving family.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Pat. Cherished and adored mother of Anna–Marie, John, Patrick, Aoife, Emma, Dorothea, David, Isobelle, Divinia, Gillian and Alan. Fondly remembered by her daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, sisters Florence Mitchell (Loughrea) and Carmel Mc Bride (Falcarragh, Donegal), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Marie will lie in repose at Kilboy’s Funeral Home Loughrea (H62 KF63) on Thursday evening, January 30th, from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral cortege will arrive to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Friday for Requiem Mass at 12 noon.
Marie will be laid to rest afterwards in Leitrim new cemetery. Family flowers only, by request please. Donations, if desired, to Oncology Patient Comfort Fund.
