Abstract
Description
これらの従来の液体化粧料は、染料を使用した場合は耐水性が不十分となり、また、顔料を用いた場合は、分散剤が界面活性剤であれば定着用に皮膜形成樹脂を添加したり、分散剤に水溶性の樹脂を用いた場合は、その分散剤の定着性により耐水性を付与している。
また、顔料とベタイン型アクリル酸系両性樹脂と皮膜形成剤とからなる1~300mPa・sの範囲である液状化粧料(例えば、特許文献8参照)も知られているが、分散剤としてベタイン型樹脂に限定しており、耐水性において未だ十分ではない点に課題があるのが現状である。
(1) 塗布手段として筆穂又はペン芯を用いる液体化粧料塗布具に内蔵される液体化粧料であって、該液体化粧料は、少なくとも、カーボンブラックと、水と、皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤0.5~5質量%と、皮膜形成剤2~15質量%(固形分換算)と、界面活性剤0.5重量%以下とを含有し、かつ、ELD型粘度計による温度25℃、ずり速度3.83S-1での粘度が2~8mPa・sの範囲であることを特徴とする液体化粧料。
(2) 前記皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤は、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステル又はその誘導体、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドンの中の1種又は2種以上から選択されるものからなる共重合体であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載の液体化粧料。
(3) 前記皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステル又はその誘導体の1種以上と酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステルの1種以上とオクチルアクリルアミドとの共重合体であることを特徴とする上記(2)記載の液体化粧料。
(4) 液体化粧料塗布具には、中綿に液体化粧料を保持させる中綿式容器又は枚葉体に液体化粧料を保持させるコレクター式容器を有することを特徴とする上記(1)~(3)の何れか一つに記載の液体化粧料。
(5) 液体化粧料はアイライナー用又はアイブロウ用であることを特徴とする上記(1)~(4)の何れか一つに記載の液体化粧料。
本発明の液体化粧料は、塗布手段として筆穂又はペン芯を用いる液体化粧料塗布具に内蔵される液体化粧料であって、該液体化粧料は、少なくとも、カーボンブラックと、水と、皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤0.5~5質量%と、皮膜形成剤2~15質量%(固形分換算)と、界面活性剤0.5重量%以下とを含有し、かつ、ELD型粘度計による温度25℃、ずり速度3.83S-1での粘度が2~8mPa・sの範囲であることを特徴とするものである。
このカーボンブラックの含有量は、液体化粧料全量に対して、1~20質量%が好ましく、更に好ましくは、5~15質量%である。このカーボンブラックの含有量が1質量%未満では、発色が薄くて化粧料として不十分となり、一方、20質量%を超えると、粘度が高くなり過ぎて、本発明の中綿式やコレクター式などの液体化粧料塗布具では液がスムーズに吐出されなくなり、好ましくない。
用いることができる分散剤としては、上記機能を有するものであれば、特に限定されず、例えば、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはこれらのアルキルエステル又は誘導体、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドンの中の1種又は2種以上から選択されるものからなる共重合体や、ベタイン型アルキル酸系両性樹脂などが挙げられ、好ましくは、カーボンブラックの更なる分散性能の点から、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステル又は誘導体中から選ばれる1種と酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステルの1種以上とオクチルアクリルアミドとの共重合体が望ましく、特に好ましくは、更なる分散性能、皮膜形成能の点から、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステルの1種以上とオクチルアクリルアミドとの共重合体である。
この分散剤の含有量が0.5質量%未満では、色材であるカーボンブラックの分散安定性が不十分となり、一方、5質量%を超えて含有すると、粘度が高くなり過ぎて分散安定性の向上は見られず、経済的でない。
本発明において、上記分散剤も皮膜形成性樹脂からなるものであり、上記分散剤との相違は、可溶性樹脂と、エマルジョン樹脂の点で異なるものであり、エマルジョン樹脂はモノマーを重合溶媒としての水の中で乳化重合させて得られた水懸濁液である。本発明におけるカーボンブラックの分散において、エマルジョン樹脂よりも可溶性樹脂の方が安定したカーボンブラックの分散液が得られている。この点で分別して使用するものである。
これらの皮膜形成剤(エマルジョン樹脂)の含有量が、固形分(樹脂分)換算で2質量%未満では、耐水性能が悪く、一方、固形分(樹脂分)換算で15質量%を超えて含有すると液体化粧料塗布具の塗布部(筆穂やペン芯等)が乾燥して塗布不能になる不具合が発生することがあり、好ましくない。
なお、これら皮膜形成剤(エマルジョン樹脂)の安定化に、界面活性剤が使用されることもあるが、これらに配合されている界面活性剤については、本願発明の固着性に関する影響は少ないので、含有量には、考慮しないものとする。
この界面活性剤の含有量が0.5重量%を超えて含有すると、耐水性に劣り、充分な固着力を得ることができなくなり、好ましくない。
更に、本発明の液体化粧料には、前記各必須成分等の他に、通常の液体化粧料に用いられる任意成分などを含有せしめることができる。具体的には、防腐剤、酸化防止剤、中和剤、紫外線吸収剤、キレート剤、保湿剤、美容成分、香料、粘度調整剤などを、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲で適宜量含有せしめることができる。
この粘度値が2mPa・s未満では、液がしわ等に流れ、にじみの原因となり、一方、8mPa・sを超えると粘度が高いため、本発明の塗布手段として筆穂又はペン芯を用いる液体化粧料塗布具に内蔵される液体化粧料では液がスムーズに吐出されなくなり、好ましくない。なお、粘度測定条件(後述する実施例等も含む)は、具体的には、トキメック社製、ELD型粘度計標準コーンローター1rpmにおける温度25℃、ずり速度3.83(S-1)で測定した値を意味する。
タンク部21からペン先23への液体化粧料の導出は、コレクター部材22の中心孔に付設されたインキ流路24を設けた中継芯25を介してタンク部21から液体化粧料20をペン先23に導出することにより行われる。
なお、図2中の26,27はホルダー部材であり、28はタンク部21の後部に固着される後部軸体であり、29はインナーキャップを有するキャップである。また、中継芯25を介在させることなく、ペン先23の後部をタンク部21内に直接配置して液体化粧料の導出を行ってもよいものである。
この形態の液体化粧料塗布具Bでは、キャップ29を取り外すことにより使用に供されることとなる。
下記表1及び表2に示す配合処方の液体化粧料(配合単位:質量%、全量100質量%)を調製し、上述の測定方法により、各液体化粧料の粘度値を測定すると共に、下記各評価方法により、固着性、塗布性能、内容液安定性について評価した。
これらの結果を下記表1及び表2に示す。
図2に示す筆ペンタイプの化粧料容器に各液体化粧料を充填し、手の甲に液体化粧料を塗布し、10分間乾燥させた後に、流水にあて、指のはらで擦過し、塗布物の落ち具合を目視にて下記評価基準で官能評価した。
評価基準:
◎:極めて良好(塗布部の剥がれが全くなく、極めて良好。)
○:良好(塗布部の剥がれが少なく良好。)
△:普通(部分的に塗布部の剥がれがある。)
×:不良(塗布部がほとんど剥がれてしまう。)
図2に示す筆ペンタイプの化粧料容器に各液体化粧料を充填し、手の甲に幅1~2mm、長さ約5cmの線を5本引き、描き具合、描線濃度を下記評価基準で官能評価した。
評価基準:
◎:描線が濃く、描きやすい。
○:描きやすく、充分な濃度がある。
△:多少のかすれ、にじみがあるが、実用域と判断される。
×:かすれ、にじみがあり、不満を感じる。
内容液である各液体化粧料を50℃の恒温槽に1ヵ月保管し、その粘度を測定した。初期の粘度値と比較し、安定性を下記評価基準で評価した。
評価基準:
○:初期値との差が±1(mPa・s)以下である。
△:初期値との差が±1(mPa・s)を超え、±2(mPa・s)以下である。
×:初期値との差が±2(mPa・s)を超える。
比較例を個別的に見ると、比較例1及び2は皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤の含有量が本発明の範囲外(上限超過、下限超過)となるものであり、比較例3及び4は皮膜形成剤の含有量が本発明の範囲外(上限超過、下限超過)となるものであり、比較例5は界面活性剤の含有量が本発明の範囲外(上限超過)となるものであり、比較例6はELD型粘度計による温度25℃、ずり速度3.83S-1での粘度が本発明の範囲外となるものであり、これらの場合は、本発明の効果を発揮できないことが判った。

Claims (5)
- 塗布手段として筆穂又はペン芯を用いる液体化粧料塗布具に内蔵される液体化粧料であって、該液体化粧料は、少なくとも、カーボンブラックと、水と、皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤0.5~5質量%と、皮膜形成剤2~15質量%(固形分換算)と、界面活性剤0.5重量%以下とを含有し、かつ、ELD型粘度計による温度25℃、ずり速度3.83S-1での粘度が2~8mPa・sの範囲であることを特徴とする液体化粧料。
- 前記皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤は、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステル又はその誘導体、酢酸ビニル、ビニルピロリドンの中の1種又は2種以上から選択されるものからなる共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液体化粧料。
- 前記皮膜形成性樹脂からなる分散剤が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステル又はその誘導体の1種以上と酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、ビニルピロリドンと酢酸ビニルとの共重合体、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸あるいはそれらのアルキルエステルの1種以上とオクチルアクリルアミドとの共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の液体化粧料。
- 液体化粧料塗布具には中綿に液体化粧料を保持させる中綿式容器又は枚葉体に液体化粧料を保持させるコレクター式容器を有することを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れか一つに記載の液体化粧料。
- 液体化粧料はアイライナー用又はアイブロウ用であることを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れか一つに記載の液体化粧料。
