It depends on the configuration etc.).
- the control unit 7 is a main control that transmits and receives signals between the sub-control unit 7b that reads medicine information received via the antenna 19 provided on the motor base 15 of the automatic medicine supply unit 13, and the sub-control unit 7b. Part 7a.
- the sub-control unit 7b is provided for each row of the motor base 15 and scans each motor base 15 at a predetermined cycle (for example, 10 msec) to monitor the mounting state of the medicine cassette 16 on the motor base 15. Further, the sub-control unit 7b monitors and transmits the medicine information read via the antenna 19 and the position information of the motor base 15 to the main control unit 7a in association with a change in the mounting state. Therefore, if the mounting state of the medicine cassette 16 on the motor base 15 is changed, the information is transmitted to the main control unit 7a.
- a predetermined cycle for example, 10 msec
- the main control unit 7a transmits and receives signals to and from the server 31 in which a plurality of prescription data is stored, accumulates commands from the server 31 in the storage unit 32, and in accordance with the commands, the automatic drug supply unit 13 (drug cassette) 16) or the hand-operated medicine supply unit 14 is driven and controlled to dispense the corresponding medicine.
- the packaging unit 6 is driven and controlled, the dosage information relating to the medicine to be dispensed is printed on the wrapping paper 23, and the packaging unit 6 is driven to package the medicine for each dosage.
- the main control unit 7a associates the positional information of each motor base 15 associated with each sub-control unit 7b with the drug-related information read from the RFID tag 18 of the drug cassette 16 attached thereto.
- the data is stored in the storage unit 32.
- the stored content is updated periodically (every predetermined cycle described above). Further, the mounting cassette management process is executed based on these pieces of information.
- step S1 when the medicine cassette 16 is mounted on the motor base 15 (step S1), the information stored in the RFID tag 18 by the antenna 15a, that is, the medicine related information shown in FIG. 5 is read (step S2). Then, the flag is determined from the read medicine related information (step S3). If the flag is “1”, it is determined that it is the predetermined medicine cassette 16A (step S4), and if it is “0”, it is determined that it is the arbitrary medicine cassette 16B (step 5).
- step S6 it is determined whether or not the cassette notation number of the read medicine related information matches the position information of the motor base 15 to which the predetermined medicine cassette 16A is attached. This is confirmation because the predetermined medicine cassette 16A can only be attached to the motor base 15 at a position corresponding to the cassette notation number stored in the RFID tag 18. If they match, there is no problem, and the sub-control unit 7b transmits the cassette notation number (shelf number) and the medicine code to the main control unit 7a. The main control unit 7a stores the transmitted cassette notation number (shelf number) and the medicine code in association with each other, and ends the management process.
- the mounting position of the predetermined medicine cassette 16A may be a position where the time until the medicine to be dispensed reaches the packaging unit 6 is short, that is, a position on the lower side. In particular, it is preferable that a medicine that is frequently dispensed is accommodated at a lower position so that the medicine dispensing time can be shortened.
- the sub-control unit 7b transmits the medicine related information of the arbitrary medicine cassette 16B and the position information of the mounted motor base 15 to the main control unit 7a.
- the transmitted medicine related information of the arbitrary medicine cassette 16B and the position information of the mounted motor base 15 are associated with each other and stored in the storage unit 32 (step S8).
- the optional medicine cassette 16B can be mounted on any motor base 15 as long as it is free.
- the optional medicine cassette 16B cannot be attached when there are many optional medicine cassettes 16B.
- the optional medicine cassette 16B can be attached to any motor base 15, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the optional medicine cassette 16B that cannot be attached.
- the medicine replenishment work to the medicine cassette 16 is performed by reading the identification unit or the RFID tag 18 provided in the medicine cassette 16 with a reading device, or in a medicine container such as a medicine bottle containing the corresponding medicine. By reading the identification unit or the RFID tag 18 provided, it is confirmed whether or not the medicine cassette 16 corresponds to the medicine. If the medicine cassette 16 and the medicine do not correspond to each other, that fact may be notified by a display device or the like. This makes it possible to prevent replenishment mistakes.
- the attachment position can be freely changed by only changing the attachment destination information stored in the RFID tag 18 of the predetermined medicine cassette 16B.
- any motor base 15 can be mounted as long as it is an optional medicine cassette 16B. Therefore, for example, even when a large number of optional medicine cassettes 16B are required, it is possible to cope flexibly without requiring any troublesome work such as changing master information.
- the medicine cassette 16 is mounted on the motor base 15 and the data is collated.
- the RFID tag 18 or a bar code provided separately is read by a reading device (not shown). By doing so, it may be notified to which motor base 15 the predetermined medicine cassette 16A should be mounted.
- the mounting position may be indicated by a display device, or a display unit such as an LED may be provided in the vicinity of the corresponding motor base 15 or in the vicinity thereof.
- the optional medicine cassette 16B is mounted at a predetermined position, it is preferable to warn that the optional medicine cassette 16B is to be reset to another position.
- a display unit for displaying from which motor base 15 the medicine cassette 16 has been removed
- the workability can be improved without the operator making a mistake in the mounting position.
- the motor base 15 to which the medicine cassette 16 is to be attached is determined based on the attachment destination information stored in the RFID tag 18. You may make it memorize
- the motor base 15 is configured by a part provided at a predetermined position and a part provided at an arbitrary position. It is possible to mount either a predetermined medicine cassette 16A or an arbitrary medicine cassette 16B described later at the predetermined position. In addition, it can be used only when the optional medicine cassette 16B is mounted at an arbitrary position (the drug cannot be dispensed even if the predetermined drug cassette 16A is mounted at an arbitrary position).
- the storage unit 32 stores the positional information of the predetermined position and the identification information (cassette notation number) of the predetermined medicine cassette 16A to be attached thereto in association with each other.
- the medicine cassette 16 When the medicine cassette 16 is mounted on the motor base 15, it is determined whether the medicine cassette 16 is the default medicine cassette 16A or the arbitrary medicine cassette 16B based on the determination information. If it is determined that it is the predetermined medicine cassette 16A, the cassette notation number stored in the RFID tag 18 and the cassette notation number stored in the storage unit 32 are collated. Warning. Then, the medicine related information stored in the RFID tag 18 is stored in the storage unit 32 together with the mounting position information. If it is determined that the medicine cassette 16B is optional, the medicine related information stored in the RFID tag 18 is only stored in the storage unit 32 together with the mounting position information.
- the motor base 15 is set in advance at a predetermined position and an arbitrary position, it can be mounted at any position as long as it is the optional medicine cassette 16B.
- the predetermined position may be a position where the time until the medicine dispensed from the predetermined medicine cassette 16A to be attached reaches the packaging unit 6 is short, that is, the lower position.
