Abstract
L'invention concerne une solution technique simple visant la commande de pas de pales de deux hélices marines contrarotatives. Le dispositif comprend deux arbres concentriques creux entraînés dans des sens de rotation opposés par un ensemble d'engrenages coniques (13). L'arbre 'interne' (10) intégrant une tige (3) de commande de pas, est bridé au moyeu (6) de l'hélice et l'arbre externe (11) au moyeu (7). Des étriers (1) et (2) sont fixés à la tige (3) de commande de pas. L'étrier (1) tourne avec le moyeu (6) et, grâce aux paliers axiaux, l'étrier (2) tourne librement dans le sens opposé. La translation de ladite tige (3) dans un sens actionne les brides (12) des pales par le biais des manetons (8) de pales de manière à tourner dans des sens opposés. La tige de commande de pas, actionnée par pression d'huile hydraulique sur le piston (14), un boîtier de distribution d'huile hydraulique et un dispositif de courant de retour sont intégrés dans des systèmes destinés normalement à des hélices CPP. L'invention concerne la combinaison du rendement élevé des hélices contrarotatives aux avantages bien connus des hélices à pas variable, notamment moteurs à inversion de poussée légère et moteurs non réversibles, commande de charge de moteur fiable et protection contre les surcharges, possibilité de maintenir un régime constant d'une génératrice de prise de force, et environnement plus propre.
