Abstract

The invention relates to an aerator plate (1) comprising a base plate (2) and a membrane (3), in addition to a fixing device (5) enclosing two angle profiles (6, 7), a rod profile (8) being placed between said angle profiles. These three profiles (6-8) are retained by a clamping profile (10) that is held in press-in position by a screw (11) with a washer (12). Said three profiles (6-8) are located in a T-shaped recess, are clamped in the base plate (2) and cannot break away from said grip. This is also made possible by the fact that the membrane (3) is bent eight times. The grip also has no ribbings, thereby practically precluding any damage to the membrane (3). In order to hold down the membrane (3), tubes (24) with a circular cylindrical cross section are used as opposed to ordinary strips, thereby practically precluding any accumulation of sand and other impurities. As a result, the present embodiment provides important advantages in comparison with conventional embodiments.

Description

Belüfterplatte zur Wasserbelüftunq Aerator plate for water aeration
The invention relates to an aerator plate for water ventilation according to the preamble of the first claim.
Aerator plates of this type are used in particular for water purification in waste water collection basins, and are used to supply air, oxygen or other gases for converting waste water into drinking water.
Aerator plates of this type are already known and i.a. in (A) EP-A-0 586 329. The version (A) described therein has proven to be very useful, but is associated with properties that can be improved. It is among other things to the execution of the recess for receiving the fastening device for holding the perforated membrane, through the holes of which oxygen is supplied. Furthermore, the shape of the cross member for the top grate has not proven to be optimal.
Another version of these aerator plates is e.g. in (B) EP-A-0 359 698. This design is very complex, with each longitudinal and transverse side of the plate being provided with a separate connection, so that a total of four connections are required per plate. This leads to problems at the four corners between the different profile sections, because the membrane is leaky at these points and tears easily, which is also due to the type of corrugation used. The angle profiles shown are only suitable for straight and not for curved sections. Pushing the profile in Fig. 11 practically leads to an injury to the membrane.
In addition, version (B) has the disadvantage that there is too little scope for air circulation between the holding-down elements and the plate-shaped basic element.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide an aerator plate for water aeration, which does not have the disadvantages of the existing designs. The aerator plate sought is intended to facilitate both manufacture and maintenance or repair, or to reduce the associated costs in comparison to previous versions.
This object is achieved according to the invention by the features in the characterizing part of the first claim.
Ausführungsformen sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen offenbart.Embodiments are disclosed in the dependent claims.
Die so geschaffene Belüfterplatte hat gegenüber herkömmlichen Ausführungen u.a. die folgenden Vorteile:The aerator plate thus created has, among other things, the following advantages:
- eine sicherere Halterung der Membrane längs der Kanten- A more secure retention of the membrane along the edges
An improved seal in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the membrane
- keine Durchlöcherung der Membrane- no perforation of the membrane
- eine wiederholte Wiederverwendung der Membranen ist möglich- Repeated reuse of the membranes is possible
Es zeigen:Exemplary embodiments of the aerator plate according to the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show it:

Fig. 9 eine Teildraufsicht der Belüfterplatte.Fig. 9 is a partial plan view of the aerator plate.
The base plate 2 is advantageously made of Made of plastic, but can also consist of wood, wood fibers or the like. The membrane 3 is preferably a rubber-elastic gas or air distribution film provided with openings 16. The gas or air supply through the pipe connection 4 to the space between the base plate 2 and the membrane 3 is dimensioned in relation to the openings 16 in the membrane 3 such that it bulges under an internal pressure, as shown in FIG. 2.
The amount of the gases flowing through the openings 16 is determined on the basis of the design of the membrane 3. A preferably endless fastening device 5 is shown on each side of the aerator plate 1, which connects the membrane 3 to the base plate 2. This device 5 consists of two L-shaped profiles 6 and 7, the back flanges of which face each other, and between the two profiles 6, 7, a rod profile 8 is arranged, which with a slight pressure in the slot between the two L-profiles 6, 7 is pressed. The two horizontal L-profiles 6, 7 thus engage in the aerator plate 1 like a hook. The rod profile 8 is slightly wedge-shaped at the bottom on the two edges 9, 9 'so that it can be introduced more easily into the gap (FIGS. 3-5).
The fastening device 5 further comprises a clamping profile 10, which above all presses the clamping rod 8 down and holds it there, which is done by means of a screw 11 and a washer 12. This screw 11 is shown as a clamping screw, but can also be any other type, which in turn depends on the material from which the base plate is made.
Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 5 ist kein eigentlicher Spalt 13 vorhanden, sondern ledigich eine Ausnehmung 14 vorhanden, die als Anschlagskante oder Führung für das Profil 6 dient.3 and 5 that there are two different designs, among other things. the membrane 3 in Fig. 3 is not clamped between the base plate 2 and the clamping profile 10, but ends in a gap 13. In contrast, the membrane 3 in FIG. 5 is additionally held between the clamping profile 10 and the base plate 2 by clamping action. In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, there is no actual gap 13, but only a recess 14, which serves as a stop edge or guide for the profile 6.
The individual profiles 6 to 8 can be flexible rods or rings that run around the aerator plate 1. The cross sections of the clamping profiles 6,7 and 8 are designed in such a way that they can be bent easily and therefore no special measures have to be taken in the corner areas.
Mit der Verleimung ist es auch möglich auf das Klemmprofil 10 zu verzichtenCompared to the conventional versions, the membrane is anchored much better in the present version, which among other things. the reason for this is that it is bent eight times instead of only three times. In order to reliably prevent the membrane 3 from being pulled out of the clamping profiles 6, 7 in the embodiment according to FIG. 3, a bead 15 (gluing FIG. 3) is applied under the clamping profile 6. With the gluing, it is also possible to dispense with the clamping profile 10
Another advantage of the present invention is the fact that there is no corrugation in the fastening area. Such corrugation can cause injury to the membrane when inserting the clamping profiles.
Die Querträger 23 sowie die Rohre 24 sind nicht mit der Grundplatte 2 verbunden, sondern in den zwei Längsträgern 21 geführt.6 to 8 show a section of the aerator plate 1 with two side members and three cross members 23 and with the pipe connection 4. Furthermore, four pipes 24 are shown, which serve to hold down the membrane 3. Between the tubes 24, the membrane 3 bulges upwards, as is most clearly shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 5. The cross members 23 and the tubes 24 are not connected to the base plate 2, but are guided in the two longitudinal members 21.
Die Grundplatte 2 überdeckt die darunterliegenden Querstäbe 23.Fig. 9 shows a partial plan view of one end of the aerator plate 1 with the rounded corners. The base plate 2 covers the underlying cross bars 23.
The present embodiment has a number of advantages over existing designs. For example, the use of tubes 24 instead of previous strips is a significant advance because the annoying accumulation of contaminants practically no longer occurs. And if this accumulation should occur anyway, it can be easily removed.
Another advantage is the safe and harmless mounting of the membrane (3) in the T-shaped recess in the base plate, in which the previous corrugation is completely eliminated. The elimination of corrugation is also associated with cost savings. While the production of the corrugation is a complex process, the milling of the T-shaped recess is very simple and inexpensive.
In the present embodiment, the profiles 6 to 8 can either be ring-shaped or consist of two or more parts.
