DESIGN FOR A CHAIR-BOTTOM.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 34,152, dated February 26, 1901.
Application led February l, 1901. Serial No. 45,657. Term of patent 7 years.

Be it known that I, STANLEY KUREK, a citizen of the United States, residing at Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented and produced anew and original Design for Chair-Bottoms, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming` a part thereof.
My design relates to seats for chairs or similar articles of furniture; and it consists particularly in the appearance of the seat or bottom.
rIhe perspective figure of drawing illustrates my design, in which l indicates the exposed corners of a frame, on which is provided a panel 2, having a ribbed or corrugated surface, said corrugations extending from side to side of the frame. A panel 4, having a similar surface provided with ribs or corrugations extending at right angles to those of the panel 2, joins thelatterin diagonal broken li-nes 5, extendinginwardly from the forward corners l, and the central port-ion of the panel extends rearwardly to the line 6, where it joins a panel 7, having ribs or corrugations extending in the same direction as those in the adjoining panel.
Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a chair-bottom substantially as shown and described.
