As shown by the figures oi the drawings, the leading or characteristic features of my design consist of the slotted base A, having the top surface B and bottom surface C in parallel planes, the raised ribs D D projecting from the top surface of the base and lying in planes perpendicular to the plane of the base and oblique to the longitudinal axis of the same, and the raised ribs E E, also projecting from the surface of the base and lying in planes perpendicular to both the said base and the ribsD D, the said ribs D D and ribs E E having slots F F disposed in planes oblique to the axis of the base and the said ribs E E being provided with perforations G G at right angles to the same.
Lugs H II project from the bottom surface of the base each side of the slot made there through, and ribs I and J are disposed at right angles each to the other at the opposite end of the bottom surface of the said base. The sides at K K are parallel with the ribs D I) and the end surfaces L L parallel with the ribs E E and the slots F F.
The shapes or configurations of both the leading or characteristic and the subordinate features of the article are clearly disclosed to the eye by the figures of the drawings.
