Description

關於裝置尺寸及功能性特色、尤其是關於用完即丟之藥物輸送裝置,有進一步發展將被作成。
在本申請案中,當該“遠側部分/端部”一詞被使用
時,這意指該裝置的部分/端部、或其構件之部分/端部,其在該裝置的使用期間係最遠離該病人之藥物輸送部位。對應地,當該“近側部分/端部”一詞被使用時,這意指該裝置的部分/端部、或其構件之部分/端部,其在該裝置的使用期間係最接近該病人之藥物輸送部位。

該等圖面中所顯示的藥物輸送裝置10之實施例包含大致上管狀的外殼,於所示實施例中,該外殼係於遠側外殼零件12及近側外殼零件14中。該遠側外殼零件12係配置有第一近側區域16,看圖3,其具有多少比該外殼零
件之其餘部份較小的直徑,建立一朝近側引導之圓周凸耳18。該第一近側區域16係另配置有許多支臂20,其在大致上徑向的方向中可撓曲,且在其自由端係設有向外延伸之突出部份22。這些突出部份22被配置成在該近側外殼零件14的遠側區域中扣合進入凹部24,看圖1,使得該二外殼零件係彼此連接。
該遠側外殼零件12係另配置有劑量位置機件26,其包含朝近側引導之舌片28,看圖3。該等舌片28的自由端係配置有朝內引導之尖銳突出部份30,其功能將在下面被敘述。該第一近側區域16係在其近側端另配置有第二近側區域32,該近側端配置有減少的直徑,建立一朝近側引導之凸耳34。該朝近側引導的凸耳34係依序配置有鋸齒圖案、亦即平直之縱向延伸部份及傾斜部份,如在圖3a中所看見。朝近側引導的第一止動凸耳36被配置在該遠側外殼零件的近側端表面。該等上面論及元件之功能將在下面被敘述。
該藥物輸送裝置係另配置有大致上管狀、修長的藥物容器夾具38,看圖1及4,其被配置來經由該近側端外殼零件14中之近側通道40裝入該等外殼零件。該藥物容器夾具38被設計來容納藥物容器42,該藥物容器係配置有頸部44及塞子46,該頸部44配置有可穿透的隔膜,且塞子46可在該藥物容器42內側運動。當裝入該藥物容器夾具38時,其頸部44裝入該藥物容器夾具38之近側頸部48,如在圖2中所看見。該藥物容器夾具38的頸部48
係配置有附接元件,用於可鬆開地附接藥物輸送構件50、在所示實施例中為注射針。如所示,該等附接元件可為螺紋,但可替代地為其他型式、諸如卡口接頭、魯爾連接等。環狀肩部52係在其近側區域另配置於該藥物容器夾具38的外表面上。
該藥物容器夾具38係在其外表面上、在其相反側面上配置有螺紋片段54之二升高區域,看圖4。該螺紋片段54被配置成與大致上管狀的劑量螺帽58上之螺紋56配合。這些螺紋56被配置該劑量螺帽58中的中心通道60中。該劑量螺帽58之外表面較佳地係配置有抓住元件、諸如肋條62。該劑量螺帽58係另配置有朝遠側引導的圓周端部表面64,看圖5。二大致上圓周地延伸之支臂66被配置在該端部表面64上,該等支臂66係於該藥物輸送裝置之縱長方向中可撓的。該等支臂66之自由端係設有朝遠側引導的突出部份68。
該劑量螺帽58之所配置的遠側係大致上管狀之劑量圓筒70,看圖4。該劑量圓筒70具有朝近側引導的端部表面,該端部表面係配置有環繞其圓周之切口72。該等切口72具有一形狀,具有平直及在該近側方向中延伸的一側壁,及一凸出地彎曲之側壁。該等切口72的側壁係與該支臂66及該劑量螺帽58之突出部份68配合,如於圖6中所看見,且如將被敘述。該劑量圓筒70的外表面係配置有標記74、諸如數目,該標記74被顯示於該遠側外殼零件12之開口或窗口75中,看圖1。
該劑量圓筒70的遠側區域76係配置有減少之直徑,建立朝遠側引導的凸耳78。該凸耳78係依序配置有鋸齒圖案、亦即平直之縱向延伸部份及傾斜部份,如在圖5中所看見。朝遠側引導的止動凸耳80係配置在該劑量圓筒70之遠側端表面,看圖7。具有減少的直徑之遠側區域76被配置鄰接該遠側外殼零件12的第二近側區域32,其中具有減少之直徑32、76的區域具有大致上相同之直徑。該等止動凸耳36、80進一步被放置成彼此相鄰,如在圓周方向中所看見,看圖6。扭轉彈簧82係沿著具有減少之直徑32、76的兩區域配置,在此該扭轉彈簧82之自由端係設有傾斜部份83,其大致上對應於該等鋸齒狀凸耳的傾斜部份,並將嚙合及鎖定該彈簧82之端部。
再者,釋放機件84被配置在該藥物輸送裝置中,看圖1及9。其包含具有一通道88的環形近側元件86,該通道88之直徑多少大於該近側外殼零件的直徑,在此該近側外殼零件延伸進入該通道。該通道88係另配置有切口90,該藥物容器夾具38之螺紋片段54的區域裝入該切口中,於該藥物容器夾具38及該釋放機件84之間建立一旋轉式鎖定。該釋放機件84係另配置有附接至該環形元件的二朝遠側延伸支臂92。該等支臂92係在其遠側區域配置有縱向延伸裂口94。橋接件96被建立在該等裂口94之遠側端部。
該釋放機件84被配置成可附接至啟動器98。該啟動器98包含具有遠側部份的大致上管狀之本體100,設有
端部壁面102,看圖2,其延伸經過該遠側外殼零件12中的朝遠側引導通道104,看圖3b。該啟動器98之遠側部份將作用為可手動操作的啟動按鈕105,如將被敘述。柱塞桿106被附接至該端部壁面102之朝近側引導表面、或與該端部壁面102之朝近側引導表面一體地製成,其中該柱塞桿106正在該近側方向中延伸朝該藥物容器42,如能於圖2a中被看見。該啟動器98係另配置有朝近側延伸的導引支臂108,該等引導引支臂108被配置來裝入該釋放機件84之裂口94。再者,該啟動器98的本體100之內表面係配置有凸耳110,被定位於該裂口94的延伸部份中,其中該橋接件96裝在該凸耳110之遠側側面上,如於圖2b中所看見。該等裂口94中的導引支臂108及該凸耳110之橋接件96遠側提供該釋放機件84與該啟動器98的鎖定。
該啟動器98係另配置有呈朝近側延伸舌片112之形式的鎖定機件,其功能將在下面被敘述。看圖2,返回彈簧114被配置於該啟動器98之本體100的朝近側引導之端部表面及該遠側外殼零件12的凸耳116之朝遠側引導的表面之間,看圖3b。該藥物輸送裝置亦包含保護蓋118,看圖12,其係可鬆開地附接至該近側端。該保護蓋藉由在該保護蓋的內表面上之環狀凸耳120被固持在適當位置,該環狀凸耳裝入該遠側外殼零件的外表面上之環狀溝槽122.。
該裝置係意欲起作用如下。當該使用者係給予一劑量
的藥物時,該保護蓋118被移去。用於設定一劑量,該劑量螺帽58係關於該外殼旋轉。因為該劑量螺帽58及該藥物容器夾具38間之螺紋式連接,該藥物容器夾具38將隨同該藥物容器42於該遠側方向中運動。該劑量螺帽58的支臂66係與該劑量圓筒70之切口72的側表面嚙合,藉此該劑量圓筒70亦將旋轉。在該劑量圓筒上之標記74將經過該窗口75被顯示,指示所設定的劑量。
當該劑量圓筒70旋轉時,該扭轉彈簧82將被拉伸,因為該彈簧之一自由端係與該劑量圓筒70的鋸齒狀凸耳78嚙合,且該另一自由端係與該遠側外殼零件12之固定不動的鋸齒狀凸耳34嚙合。待設定之最大劑量係藉由該劑量圓筒的朝遠側引導之止動凸耳80、及該遠側外殼零件12的朝近側引導之止動凸耳36所限制,其中當該劑量圓筒70已旋轉少於一完整轉圈的某一距離時,該朝遠側引導的止動凸耳80將與該朝近側引導之止動凸耳36接觸地被運動。然而,在此旋轉範圍內,其係可能藉由該使用者如所想要地調高或調低該劑量大小。
其進一步應注意的是該柱塞桿106被設計及如此定位於未受影響之最初位置中,使其近側端不會與該藥物容器42的塞子46接觸,甚至當最大劑量已被設定時,其中該藥物容器夾具38及該藥物容器42已於該遠側方向中被運動一段最大距離。於該劑量之設定期間,當該藥物容器夾具38係在該遠側方向中運動時,具有該劑量位置機件26的突出部份30之舌片28將跨騎在該螺紋片段54之上,
造成一聽得見的反應。該劑量大小卡扣突出部份30及與該等螺紋片段54嚙合亦將界定正確及個別之劑量大小位置。
當該劑量已被設定時,藥物輸送構件50被附接至該藥物容器夾具38的近側端。於所示實施例中,該藥物輸送構件50係注射針,其被旋緊至該藥物容器夾具38上。該注射針係接著配置有朝遠側引導之尖銳端部,其將貫穿該藥物容器42的隔膜。該使用者接著將該藥物輸送裝置放置在該劑量輸送部位,造成該注射針之穿刺。該啟動器98的啟動按鈕105接著於該近側方向中被壓按。首先,該柱塞桿106將被朝近側地運動某一距離,而不會與該藥物容器42之塞子46接觸,在此該距離係取決於所設定的劑量,其中較大之劑量將提供較短的距離,且較小之劑量提供較大的距離。於該近側方向中之啟動器98的運動期間,該等舌片112將在該劑量位置機件26之外側運動,如於徑向方向中所看見,看圖11,藉此該劑量位置機件26被防止移出至不再與該等螺紋片段54嚙合。該嚙合亦防止該藥物容器夾具38於注射期間被移出位置。
當該柱塞桿106已運動此距離時,其將與該塞子46接觸及於該近側方向中推動該塞子,造成所設定劑量之藥物輸送經過該藥物輸送構件50。該啟動器98於該近側方向中之運動將亦造成該釋放機件84在該近側方向中運動,其中它的近側端表面86係與該劑量螺帽58之支臂66接觸地運動,藉此這些係在該近側方向中被推動,且
移出至不再與劑量圓筒70的切口72嚙合。當該釋放機件84之近側表面緊靠著該劑量螺帽58的遠側端表面時,該劑量輸送係接著停止。再者,該劑量圓筒70之釋放將造成其藉由該扭轉彈簧82的力量旋轉回至其最初位置。該啟動器98之停止及該劑量圓筒70的返回將通知該使用者:由該劑量輸送部位移去該藥物輸送裝置係安全的。該使用者接著釋放該啟動器98,藉此其藉由該返回彈簧114朝遠側地被運動回至其最初位置,其係藉由鄰接該遠側外殼零件之內表面上的環狀朝近側引導凸耳之釋放機件84的環形元件86之朝遠側引導表面所界定。該使用者接著重新放回該保護蓋118,並使該藥物輸送構件在其上面、或使該藥物輸送構件被移去及拋棄的任一者。
如此,每次該使用者係給予一劑量之藥物,該上述步驟被施行。當該藥物容器係幾乎排空時,其係不可能設定一大於該剩餘劑量的劑量。這是由於該藥物容器夾具38上之肩部52,因為當該藥物容器夾具38係於劑量設定期間在該遠側方向中運動時,該肩部52將與該劑量螺帽58的朝近側引導表面接觸地被運動,防止該藥物容器夾具38及藉此該藥物容器42之任何進一步運動。當該藥物容器42係排空時,該藥物輸送裝置10以安全的方式被拋棄。

Claims (16)
- 一種藥物輸送裝置(10),包含外殼(12、14):藥物容器夾具(38),被配置成可關於該外殼(12、14)運動,且能夠容納藥物容器(42);啟動器(98),被配置在該外殼中,且能夠於啟動時作用在藥物容器上,用於排出一劑量的藥物,該啟動器包含柱塞桿(106);可手動操作之劑量螺帽(58),其可旋轉地連接至該外殼且配置有螺紋(56);螺紋(54),被配置在該藥物容器夾具(38)上,且被配置來與該劑量螺帽(58)配合,其中該劑量螺帽(58)的操作將造成具有該藥物容器(42)之該藥物容器夾具(38)移向該柱塞桿(106),用於設定待輸送的藥物之劑量。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之藥物輸送裝置,另包含被配置於該藥物容器夾具(38)及該外殼(12、14)間之旋轉鎖(54、90)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之藥物輸送裝置,另包含配置有標記(74)的劑量圓筒(70)、以及配置於該劑量螺帽(58)及該劑量圓筒(70)間之連接機件(68、72),使得該劑量圓筒(70)當被操作時係隨同該劑量螺帽(58)旋轉,用於設定一劑量、顯示所設定的劑量。
