Abstract

A polyethylene blow molding composition, which comprises: (a) HDPE; (b) LLDPE; (c) inorganic salt filler; (d) polar ionized polymer; (e) lubricant; (f) antioxidant; (g) oxidant; and (h) polyethylene wax with a molecular weight of between 2000 to 10000; in which (a)+(b)+(c)+(d) is taken as 100 wt%, in which (a) is 20~75 wt%, (b) is 0~15 wt%, (c) is 20~50 wt%, and (d) is 5~15 wt%, and the other components of (e), (f), (g), (h) are based on the 100 wt% of the sum of (a), (b), (c) and (d), in which the (e) component is 0.05~0.5 wt%, the (f) component is 0.05~0.2 wt%, the (g) component is 0.05~0.2 wt%, and the (h) component is 0.1~1.0 wt%; in which the inorganic salt filler (c) is talc, marble, mica, gypsum, or aluminum hydroxide; the polar ionized polymer (d) is binary or tertiary copolymer of acrylic acid, methyl acrylic acid, and their esters, or acetic ethyl ester, or the copolymer chelated with metal ion, in which the ethylene monomer comprises 70~99 wt% of the copolymer, and the rest of copolymer monomer is 1~30 wt%, the melt index of the copolymer is 0.2~20; the lubricant (e) is aliphatic acid amide or aliphatic acid salt; the antioxidant (f) is phenolic chain-scissored antioxidant; and the oxidant(g) is manganese peroxide, oxalate or chlorate.
