Abstract

An exerciser apparatus which can be secured in any opening such as a door opening, and which does not require screws for fastening the apparatus. The apparatus is suitable for performing several different exercises in a training program, and the load can be adjusted to suit the individual. The exerciser apparatus consists of a removable yoke (12), a brace member (1), counterforce means (10) and pivotable footrests (18). The counterforce means can be a reel (10) or a spring means or the like with a spring pressure gauge which shows the preset load (counterforce).
