Способ приготовления композиции для защиты от коррозии и солеотложений систем водоснабжения, включающий смешение фосфорной кислоты с другими компонентами, отличающийся тем, что предварительно измельченные оксид кальция или гидроксид кальция, или карбонат кальция, или их смесь в количестве 6,5 - 9,5 мас.% в пересчете на оксид кальция и оксид магния, или гидроксид магния, или карбонат магния, или их смесь в количестве 0,9 - 3,0 мас. % в пересчете на оксид магния смешивают с гидроксидом натрия, или карбонатом натрия, или их смесью в количестве 14,5 - 19,5 мас.% в пересчете на оксид натрия и с гидроксидом калия, или карбонатом калия, или их смесью в количестве 0,9 - 3,7 мас.% в пересчете на оксид калия, после чего в полученную смесь при одновременном перемешивании добавляют воду до образования однородной взвеси, смесь фильтруют и добавляют в нее 66,5 - 72,0 мас.% фосфорной кислоты, вновь перемешивают и нагревают до образования сиропообразной массы, в которую при постоянном нагреве и перемешивании вводят предварительно измельченный диоксид кремния или растворимое стекло (в пересчете на диоксид кремния) в количестве 0,8 - 2,2 мас.%, затем полученную массу продолжают нагревать до пластического состояния, после чего ее расплавляют при температуре не выше 900°С, расплав выдерживают при температуре плавления в течение 10-30 мин, затем перемешивают и охлаждают со скоростью не менее 150°С/мин.1. A method of preparing a composition for protection against corrosion and scaling of water supply systems, comprising mixing phosphoric acid with other components, characterized in that the pre-ground calcium oxide or calcium hydroxide, or calcium carbonate, or a mixture thereof in an amount of 6.5 to 9.5 wt.% in terms of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide, or magnesium hydroxide, or magnesium carbonate, or a mixture thereof in an amount of 0.9 to 3.0 wt. % in terms of magnesium oxide is mixed with sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate, or a mixture thereof in an amount of 14.5 - 19.5 wt.% in terms of sodium oxide and with potassium hydroxide, or potassium carbonate, or a mixture thereof in an amount of 0 , 9 - 3.7 wt.% In terms of potassium oxide, after which water is added to the resulting mixture while stirring until a homogeneous suspension is formed, the mixture is filtered and 66.5 - 72.0 wt.% Of phosphoric acid are added to it, again mix and heat until a syrupy mass is formed, into which, with constant heating and alternating pre-crushed silicon dioxide or soluble glass (in terms of silicon dioxide) in the amount of 0.8 - 2.2 wt.% is introduced, then the resulting mass is continued to be heated to a plastic state, after which it is melted at a temperature not exceeding 900 ° C, the melt is maintained at a melting temperature for 10-30 minutes, then mixed and cooled at a rate of at least 150 ° C / min.
