Abstract
1. Упаковочное устройство (1) для изготовления закупоренных упаковок (2) для продуктов питания из полотна (3) упаковочного материала; причем полотно (3) содержит первую и вторую продольные кромки (11, 15), противоположные друг другу; при этом упаковочное устройство (1) содержит: ! формовочные средства (13), образующие проход для принудительного прохождения полотна (3), удерживающие первую и вторую продольные кромки (11, 15) наложенными друг на друга для формирования трубы (10) из упаковочного материала и расположенные снаружи трубы (10); причем первая и вторая продольные кромки (11, 15) образуют, когда они наложены друг на друга, поверхность (11, 15) неравной толщины, обращенную внутрь трубы (10); и, ! по меньшей мере, один нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5), который расположен внутри трубы (10) и прижимает поверхность (11, 15) неравной толщины к формовочным средствам (13) для формирования продольного уплотнения (14) трубы (10), отличающееся тем, что ! нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) содержит: ! корпус (30, 30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5), выполненный из упруго деформируемого материала, для сжатия листового материала (9; 11; 15); и ! сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5), выполненный из более твердого материала, чем корпус, причем сердечник расположен внутри корпуса (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5) и под углами составляет единое целое с ним; при этом сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) содержит первую концевую поверхность (34), взаимодействующую с корпусом (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5), и вторую концевую поверхность (33), расположенную радиально внутри относительно первой поверхности (34, 34.1, 34.2, 34.3, 34.4, 34.5); ! причем сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) содержит, по меньшей мере, первую часть (40, 40.3) и вторую часть (41), и радиальное расстояни
Claims (12)
1. Упаковочное устройство (1) для изготовления закупоренных упаковок (2) для продуктов питания из полотна (3) упаковочного материала; причем полотно (3) содержит первую и вторую продольные кромки (11, 15), противоположные друг другу; при этом упаковочное устройство (1) содержит:
формовочные средства (13), образующие проход для принудительного прохождения полотна (3), удерживающие первую и вторую продольные кромки (11, 15) наложенными друг на друга для формирования трубы (10) из упаковочного материала и расположенные снаружи трубы (10); причем первая и вторая продольные кромки (11, 15) образуют, когда они наложены друг на друга, поверхность (11, 15) неравной толщины, обращенную внутрь трубы (10); и,
по меньшей мере, один нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5), который расположен внутри трубы (10) и прижимает поверхность (11, 15) неравной толщины к формовочным средствам (13) для формирования продольного уплотнения (14) трубы (10), отличающееся тем, что
нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) содержит:
корпус (30, 30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5), выполненный из упруго деформируемого материала, для сжатия листового материала (9; 11; 15); и
сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5), выполненный из более твердого материала, чем корпус, причем сердечник расположен внутри корпуса (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5) и под углами составляет единое целое с ним; при этом сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) содержит первую концевую поверхность (34), взаимодействующую с корпусом (30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5), и вторую концевую поверхность (33), расположенную радиально внутри относительно первой поверхности (34, 34.1, 34.2, 34.3, 34.4, 34.5);
причем сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) содержит, по меньшей мере, первую часть (40, 40.3) и вторую часть (41), и радиальное расстояние между первой и второй поверхностями (34, 34.1, 34.2, 34.3, 34.4, 34.5; 33) в первой части (40, 40.3) больше, чем во второй части (41).
2. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) содержит центральную плоскость (Q), пересекающую ось (B); причем, по меньшей мере, одна (40, 40.3) из первой и второй частей (40, 40.3; 41) проходит по одной стороне плоскости (Q).
3. Упаковочное устройство по п. 2, отличающееся тем, что первая часть (40, 40.3) сердечника (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) проходит по указанной одной стороне плоскости (Q).
4. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что сердечник (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5) содержит третью часть (45), расположенную в осевом направлении между первой и второй частями (40, 40.3; 41), и в которой расстояние между первой и второй поверхностями (34, 33) изменяется; причем первая поверхность (34) имеет форму усеченного конуса в третьей части (45).
5. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что вторая поверхность (33) проходит на постоянном расстоянии от оси (B).
6. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что первая и вторая части (40, 41) являются цилиндрическими.
7. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что в первой части (40.3) расстояние между первой и второй поверхностями (34.2, 34.3, 34.5; 33) изменяется, причем первая поверхность (34.2, 34.3, 34.5) имеет форму бочонка в первой части (40.3).
8. Упаковочное устройство по п. 7, отличающееся тем, что радиальное расстояние между первой поверхностью (34.3, 34.5) и внешней радиальной поверхностью (32) корпуса (30.3, 30.5) является постоянным в первой части (40.3).
9. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что сердечник (31.4, 31.5) содержит цилиндрическую дополнительную часть (46), расположенную в осевом направлении между первой и второй частью (40, 40.3; 41); причем радиальное расстояние между первой и второй поверхностью (34.4, 34.5; 33), измеренное в дополнительной части (46), отличается от радиальных расстояний между первой и второй поверхностями (34.4, 34.5; 33), измеренных в первой и второй части (40, 40.3; 41).
10. Упаковочное устройство по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что сердечник (31.4, 31.5) содержит четвертую часть (47), расположенную в осевом направлении между цилиндрической дополнительной частью (46) и второй частью (41), и в которой расстояние между первой и второй поверхностями (34.4, 34.5; 33) изменяется; причем первая поверхность (34.4, 34.5) имеет форму усеченного конуса в четвертой части (46).
11. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что оно дополнительно содержит станцию (6) для наложения первой части (16) запечатывающей полосы (9) на поверхность первой продольной кромки (11), в конечном счете, образующую внутреннюю сторону упаковок (2); при этом формовочные средства (13) и нажимной ролик (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) удерживают вторую часть (17) запечатывающей полосы (9) наложенной на поверхность второй продольной кромки (15), в конечном счете, образующей внутреннюю часть упаковок (2), и удерживают первую часть (16) запечатывающей полосы и первую продольную кромку (11) наложенной на поверхность второй продольной кромки (15); причем корпус (30, 30.1, 30.2, 30.3, 30.4, 30.5) нажимного ролика (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) содержит первую часть (50) корпуса и вторую часть (52) корпуса, радиально окружающую первую часть (40) и вторую часть (41) сердечника (31, 31.1, 31.3, 31.4, 31.5), соответственно; при этом первая часть (50) корпуса нажимного ролика (22, 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5) прижимает вторую часть (17) запечатывающей полосы и вторую продольную кромку (15) к формовочным средствам (13); причем вторая часть (52) корпуса прижимает первую часть (16) запечатывающей полосы (9) и первую и вторую продольные кромки (11, 15) к указанным формовочным средствам (13).
12. Упаковочное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что формовочные средства (13) содержат множество формовочных роликов (20, 21).
