Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, przedstawiony na rysunku, sposób wytwarzania plamoodpornych kostek brukowych, w którym przygotowuje się mieszankę betonową, którą napełnia się formę wibroprasy i napełnioną formę poddaje się jednoczesnemu prasowaniu i wibrowaniu kształtując surowe kostki brukowe. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że po napełnieniu formy wibroprasy na mieszankę betonową natryskuje się na warstwę licową kostki roztwór stanowiący mieszaninę nanocząstek dwutlenku tytanu (nTiO2) o rozmiarze w zakresie od 2 do 7 nm oraz mikrocząstek dwutlenku tytanu (µTiO2) o rozmiarze w zakresie od 2 do 7 µm w stosunku wagowym nTiO2 do µTiO2 wynoszącym 5 : 1, o łącznym stężeniu dwutlenku tytanu w koloidzie wynoszącym od 0,05% do 5% wag. oraz polimer akrylowy w ilości do 2 do 10% wag. oraz wodę w uzupełnieniu do 100% wag.The subject of the application is the method of producing stain-resistant paving stones, presented in the drawing, in which a concrete mix is prepared, which is filled with a vibropress mold and the filled form is subjected to simultaneous pressing and vibrating to form raw paving stones. The method is characterized by the fact that after filling the concrete block mold onto the concrete mix, a solution is sprayed onto the facing layer of the cube containing a mixture of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (nTiO2) in the range of 2 to 7 nm and titanium dioxide microparticles (µTiO2) in the range of 2 up to 7 µm in a nTiO2 to µTiO2 weight ratio of 5: 1 with a total concentration of titanium dioxide in the colloid of 0.05% to 5% by weight and an acrylic polymer in an amount of up to 2 to 10 wt. and water in addition to 100 wt.
