Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu prowadzenia procesu toryfikacji biomasy, instalacji do prowadzenia procesu toryfikacji biomasy, toryfikowanej biomasy uzyskanej wspomnianym sposobem oraz sposobu oczyszczania gazów wylotowych z procesu toryfikacji. Sposób prowadzenia procesu toryfikacji biomasy charakteryzuje się tym, że obejmuje podawanie biomasy do reaktora (12) przy kontroli natężenia przepływu, podawanie przeciwprądowo do strumienia biomasy czynnika toryfikującego i suszącego, stanowiącego suchą parę wodną, usuwanie toryfikatu z reaktora (12), przy czym strumień gazów wylotowych z reaktora (12) kierowany jest zespołu oddzielającego cząstki stałe od fazy gazowej, a następnie odpylone gazy z zespołu oddzielającego cząstki stałe od fazy gazowej kierowane są do urządzenia absorbującego, oczyszczony strumień gazów z urządzenia absorbującego kierowany jest do skraplacza, gdzie zachodzi proces skraplania ulegających skraplaniu składników
