Abstract
노 본체(2)에 접속하는 원료 장입구(37)를 일단에 갖고 경사지게 위쪽으로 연장하는 스트로부(38)와 스트로부(38)의 다른 단 위쪽에 형성한 열교환부(39)와 열교환부(39)의 상부에 설치된 시일부(42)와 시일부(42)상에 스크랩 원료(13)를 공급하는 원료 투입장치(43)와 열교환부(39)에서의 시일부(42)의 바로 아래 위치에 형성해서 배기장치(58)에 접속된 배기관(53)과 스로트부(38)의 다른 단측에 배치해서 열교환부(39)에 스크랩 원료(13)를 원료 장입구(37)로 향해서 송출하는 원료 공급장치(46)를 구비하며 스크랩 원료를 노 본체(2)로부터의 고온 배기가스에 의해 예열하면서 대략 연속적으로 노 본체(2)에 장입한다.

Claims (7)
- 노 본체에 접속하는 원료 장입구를 일단에 갖고 경사지게 위쪽으로 연장하는 스로트부와 그 스로트부의 다른 단측 위쪽에 형성한 열교환부와 그 열교환부의 상부에 설치한 시일부와 그 시일부 상에 스크랩 원료를 공급하는 원료 투입장치와 상기 열교환부에서의 시일부의 바로 아래 위치에 형성되고 배기 장치에 접속된 배개관과 상기 스로트부의 다른 단측에 배치하고 열교환부의 스크랩 원료를 상기 원료 장입구로 향해서 송출하는 원료 공급장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스로트부의 경사각도가 3°가 25°이며 또한 스로트부에 구비하는 원료 공급 장치가 구동 장치로 작동하는 절단 푸셔이며 절단 푸셔의 높이가 스로트부의 높이의 1/2이내이며 절단 푸셔의 스트로크가 열교환부의 푸셔 절단 방향의 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열교환부의 상부를 가로 방향으로 구부리고 경사지게 위쪽으로 연장하는 다른 스로트부를 형성하고 그 스로트부의 상부에 다른 열교환부를 설치함으로써 복수단의 열교환부를 형성하고 각각의 스로트부에 원료 공급 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 스로트부와 원료 투입구 사이에 상부의 원료 공급장치에 따라 낙하하는 스크랩 원료를 받는 원료 받음대와 그 원료 받음대 상의 스크랩 원료를 압출해서 상기 원료 투입구로 낙하시키는 압출 장치와 상기 압출장치의 압출 방향 전방에서의 원료 받음대로부터 위쪽 위치에 원료받음대와 평행하게 배열설치한 봉상의 원료 가이드재로 구성되는 원료 절단 장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원료 가이드재는 상하 위치 조정가능하게 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 원료 가이드재는 회전 롤러에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원료 받음대는 계량 장치에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크랩 원료 예열 장입 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
