Abstract
본 발명은 원적외선 파장을 이용한 저온건조방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 전건조실내에서의 컨베이어가 지나가는 길의 위 아래에서 고온의 열을 받아 방사되는 원적외선 파장만을 이용하여 컨베이어에 얹혀 이송되는 피건조물을 효과적으로 건조시킬 수 있도록 한 저온건조방법 및 그 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 전건조실에서는 피건조물이 실려 이송되는 컨베이어를 향하여 상, 하부 조사체로부터 발사되는 500-500℃의 고열을 받아 세라믹층에서 원적외선 파장의 방사를 연출하는 가운데 컨베이어의 위 아래에 직선상의 열차단기류를 형성시켜 고열의 차단상태에서 컨베이어의 주변온도는 상온대가 유지되고, 원적외선 파장의 방사에 의해 상온분위기에서 건조하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.The present invention relates to a low-temperature drying method and a device using the far-infrared wavelength, in particular, a dry matter mounted on the conveyor using only the far-infrared wavelength radiated by the high temperature heat above and below the path of the conveyor in the pre-drying chamber.
