제3도는 원료 아날사임형 제올라이트를 철저하게 산처리한 것(시료 No. 1-7)의 X선 회절도
Claims (20)
- 아날사임에 특유한 x-선회절상을 가지며 또한 개개의 입자가 24면체 내지는 모퉁이가 둥굴게 된 24면체 형상을 갖는 제올라이트 입자를 합성하는 공정과, 이 제올라이트를 산처리에 붙여 이 제올라이트중의 Al2O3분 및 Na2O 의 최소한 일부를 제거하는 공정으로 이루어진 24면체 내지 모퉁이가 둥글게 된 24면체의 형상을 갖는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아날사임형 제올라이트가 SiO249 내지 59중량%,Al2O321내지25중량 %, Na2O 12 내지 14중량 % 및 H2O 7내지 10중량 %의 산화물기준의 조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산이 염산 또는 황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 규산질 입자의 제조법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트를 수성슬러리로 하고, 이것에 산을 첨가하여 산처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산처리를 20 내지 100℃의 온도에서 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산처리를 제올라이트를 비정질화하는데 충분한 양의 Al2O3분 및 Na2O분이 제거되도록 하고, 또한 규산질 입자가 비정질 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 규산질입자의 제조법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제올라이트중의 Al2O3분 및 Na2O 분당 1.5몰 당량 이상의 산을 사용하여 산처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트중의 Al2O3분 및 Na2O분의 합계 몰수당 0.1내지 1,2몰당량의 산을 사용하여 아날사임을 결정구조가 잔류하는 조견하에서 산처리를 하며 또한 규산질 입자가 활성아날사임인 것을 특징으로하는 규산질 입자의 제조법.
- 3성분 기준으로 SiO260내지 95중량%, Al2O30.3내지 20중량% 및 Na2O0.02 내지 11중량%의 화학조성과,아날사임에 특유한 X-선회절상 및 90% RH 및 25℃의 분위기중 24시간의 조건으로 측정하여 5내지 30중량 %의 흡습량을 가지며 또한 개개의 입자가 24면체 내지는 모통이가 두울게 된 24면체의 입자형상과 전자현미경법으로 측정하여 0.1내지 50㎛의 1차입경을 갖는 것을특징으로 하는 활성아날사임.
- 제9항에 있어서, 50 내지 500㎡/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성아나라임.
- 제9항에 있어서, 1%고형분의 수성분산체로 했을 때,4내지8의 pH를 가지며 또한 고체산으로서의 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성아날사임.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산강도 함수가 +4.8까지의 산량이 0.2 내지 1.0m-mol/g인것을 특징으로 하는 활성아날사임.
- 제9항에 있어서, 파수1000내지1130 ㎝ -1 에 Si(Al)O의 신축진동에 의거한 시프트피크를 갖는 적외흡수 스펙트럼을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 활성아날사임.
- 제9항에 있어서, .5이하의 1차 입경의 표준편차(6)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는활성아날사임.
- 제올라이트의 산처리에 의해 얻어진 X-선 회절학적으로 실질상 비정질의 실리카로서, 개개의 입자가 24면체 내지는 모퉁이가 둥글게 된 24면체의 형상을하고 있으며 또한 1차 입경이 0.1 내지 50㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질실리카.
- 제15항에 있어서, 파수900㎝-1에 비정질 실리카에 특유한 적외흡수피크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카.
- 제15항에 있어서, 0.5이하의 1차 입경의 표준편차(5)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 실리카.
- 제9항 기재의 활성아날사임으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무기충전제.
- 제15항 기재의 비정질 실리카로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무기충전제.
