- 하부 강판에 대하여 상부 강판의 선단을 따라 용접부를 형성하여 상호 겹치기 용접하기 위한 강판의 레이저 용접방법에 있어서,상기 용접부에 대하여 저입열의 레이저빔을 일정피치의 지그재그 형상의 용접패턴을 갖도록 일정한 용접속도로 조사하되,상기 용접부 표면에서, 상기 용접패턴의 일정피치보다 큰 반경을 갖는 용융부를 형성하도록 상기 하부 강판에 대하여 상부 강판의 선단을 용융시켜 상기 용융부가 피치당 적어도 2회 이상 중첩되도록 하여 제살용접이 이루어지도록 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 레이저빔은Nd:YAG 레이저발진기로부터 발진되는 Nd:YAG 레이저빔으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 레이저빔의 출력은3.2㎾ 내지 3.8㎾의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 지그재그 형상의 용접패턴은반복되는 "V"자 형상으로 형성되며, 그 피치가 1mm 이하의 간격으로 설정되 고, 그 용접패턴의 폭은 4mm 내지 6mm의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 용접속도는150mm/sec 내지 250mm/sec의 범위 내에서 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
- 제8항에서,상기 상부 강판과 하부 강판 사이의 갭(Gap)은1mm 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 레이저 용접방법.
