- 극 초청정용 나권형 흡착모듈에 있어서,양단부에 유입구 및 배출구가 형성된 흡착롤을 포함하고, 상기 흡착롤은 흡착제가 접착된 부직포 또는 메시 형태의 섬유시트를 나선형으로 권취하는 구조로 설치되고, 상기 유입구를 통해 유입된 오염기체는 배출구 측으로 이동하면서 오염기체에 함유된 오염물질이 흡착제에 의해 흡착되고, 배출구를 통해 깨끗한 기체가 배출되며,상기 흡착제가 부착된 섬유시트는 중심튜브에 나선형으로 권취되고, 중심튜브의 내부에는 중공부가 형성되고, 상기 중심튜브의 일단부는 개방되고, 중심튜브의 타단부는 막혀있는 구조로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 극 초청정용 나권형 흡착모듈.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 흡착롤은 중심튜브의 입구를 제외한 흡착롤의 유입구가 막힌 구조로 설 치되고, 상기 중심튜브의 입구를 통해 유입된 오염기체는 중심튜브의 외주면에 형성된 관통홀을 통해 반경방향으로 분산되면서 길이방향으로 이동하며, 흡착제에 오염물질이 흡착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 초청정용 나권형 흡착모듈.

- 극 초청정용 나권형 흡착모듈의 제조방법에 있어서,구상 흡착제를 메시 형태의 섬유시트에 일정한 간격으로 접착제를 이용하여 접착하는 단계와, 중심봉에 구상 흡착제가 부착된 섬유시트를 나선형으로 권취하여 흡착롤을 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 흡착롤의 유입구를 통해 오염기체가 유입되어 오염기체에 포함된 오염물질이 흡착제에 흡착된 후 흡착롤의 배출구를 통해 깨끗한 기체가 배출되며,상기 흡착롤을 제조하는 단계는 상기 구상흡착제가 부착된 섬유시트를 일단부(입구)가 개방된 중심튜브에 나선형으로 권취하는 단계로 이루어지며, 상기 흡착롤의 유입구가 막힌 채로 상기 중심튜브의 입구를 통해 유입된 오염기체가 흡착롤에 반경방향으로 분산되면서 길이방향으로 이동되어 오염물질이 흡착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극 초청정용 나권형 흡착모듈의 제조방법.
