Claims (18)
- a) 하기 화학식 Ⅶ의 화합물의 그리냐르 유도체를 하기 화학식 Ⅷ의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 Ⅸ의 화합물을 수득하는 단계; 및b) CnF2n+1SO3H(n = 0 내지 20), C2F5O-C2F4SO3H 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 강산 존재 하에, 하기 화학식 Ⅸ의 화합물을 카보닐화시켜 하기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물의 제조 방법:화학식 Ⅰ화학식 Ⅶ화학식 Ⅷ화학식 Ⅸ상기 식에서,R2a, R2b는 서로 독립적으로, 선택적으로 할로겐에 의해 치환되는 저급 알킬이고;R3a, R3b는 서로 독립적으로, 수소; 저급 알킬; 저급 사이클로알킬이거나, 또는 함께 합쳐지는 경우 -(CH2)n- (n = 2, 3 또는 5)이고;X는 Cl, Br 또는 I이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R2a, R2b가 서로 독립적으로, 선택적으로 할로겐에 의해 치환되는 저급 알킬이고;R3a, R3b가 서로 독립적으로, 수소; 저급 알킬; 저급 사이클로알킬이거나 또는 함께 합쳐지는 경우 -(CH2)n- (n = 2, 3 또는 5)인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R2a, R2b가 서로 독립적으로, 선택적으로 할로겐에 의해 치환되는 저급 알킬이고;R3a, R3b가 서로 독립적으로, 저급 알킬이거나 또는 함께 합쳐지는 경우 -(CH2)5-인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,a) 단계를 대기압 및 15℃ 내지 반응 혼합물의 비등점 사이의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,b) 단계를 -20℃ 내지 60℃의 온도 및 1 내지 500 bar의 CO 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,b) 단계를 10℃ 내지 30℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,b) 단계를 10 내지 100 bar의 CO 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,b) 단계를 20 내지 60 bar의 CO 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,강산을 FSO3H, CF3SO3H 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화학식 Ⅸ의 화합물에 대해 5 몰 당량 이하의 물을 b) 단계의 반응 혼합물에 첨가하는 방법.
