Claims (1)
量素子を含むフイルタ素子を電気的に接続し、更
にこれら陰極ステム及びフイルタ素子の少なくと
も一部をシールドボツクスで覆つてなるマグネト
ロンにおいて、 上記フイルタ素子の容量素子は、一端が上記陰
極ステムの入力導体に上記インダクタ素子を介し
て電気的に接続され他端がマグネトロン駆動用電
源に接続される中心導体と、この中心導体のまわ
りに配設され上記シールドボツクスに接する筒状
接地電極と、この接地電極の内側に端部を接地電
極の端部から所定寸法ずらして配設されると共に
上記中心導体に電気的に接合された有底筒状貫通
用電極と、これら中心導体、筒状接地電極、有底
筒状貫通用電極を覆うようにモールド成形された
単一樹脂絶縁物とからなることを特徴とするマグ
