A method in which bolts are fastened through brackets that are pre-fixed to the surface of the frame material has been widely adopted, but in general, if the bolts are removable, it is necessary to insert the bolts into the bolt holes from inside the bracket. The problem was that the overall height of the bracket increased due to the heat.

As a method, it was required that the inner width of the part be set at least smaller than the diagonal distance of the bolt head, so when it was installed on a wide frame material surface, the frame When attached to a part against the material surface, the surface area of the part relative to the frame material surface becomes relatively small, making stacking of the frame materials unstable during transportation or storage, etc.
Stress is concentrated on the frame material surface that the parts come into contact with,
There was a risk that the frame material would be damaged or deformed.

It consists of a casing (see Fig. 4), and a long hole 4 with a width corresponding to the diameter of the bolt shaft is bored in approximately the center of the upper surface of the casing so that the bolt shaft can be exposed. One end of 4 is a through hole 4' into which a bolt head 3' can be inserted.

The connecting rod attached between the frame members 1, 1, . . . , and 6 indicate a nut.

It has a bolt hole 8 that communicates with it, and a protrusion 7' that can be fitted into a locking hole 2' that has been previously recessed on the part side is formed on its lower surface (see Fig. 4), or it has one edge side. is bent to form a locking pawl 7'', and by configuring the pawl to be able to lock onto one end edge of the main body (see Fig. 5), in addition to the positioning function of the bolt 3,
A washer effect also occurs and the nut can be tightened more reliably.

For example, when attaching a connecting rod 5 or the like to the frame material 1 of an assembled structure, the through hole 4 is inserted into the elongated hole 4 of the part 2 fixed in advance at a predetermined position on the frame material surface, as shown in FIG. ’ etc. to insert the head of bolt 3.
Bolt hole 5' of connecting rod 5 to be joined after being erected
is inserted into the bolt shaft and tightened with the nut 6. In this case, since the flat part 3'' formed at the base of the bolt shaft is fitted into the elongated hole 4 of the part 2, the bolt is tightened with the nut 6. There is no need to apply the rotation stopper described in No. 3, and the workability when attaching components is significantly improved.

For members that need to be fixed while maintaining the angle, the mounting direction can be freely set by using an appropriate attachment provided with the necessary angle.

有するものである。 As mentioned above, the proposed part is designed to prevent rotation due to the relationship between the flat part of the bolt base and the long hole of the part, so it can be adjusted to fit the width of the frame material regardless of the bolt head diameter. The part main body can be made to any size, so it has good stability even when many frame materials are stacked on top of each other, and the stress on the frame material surface that the part main body comes into contact with is dispersed. In addition to its special feature of reliably preventing damage and deformation of the material, its main feature is that it has a large adhesive area relative to its height, making it robust, which is something that is difficult to expect from conventional connection fittings of this type. It has many excellent advantages.
