A copying device, which is generally used as a recording device, has a built-in photoconductor drum whose cylindrical surface is used as a photoconductor as an image carrier, and is rotated by the power of the main body of the device to process images arranged around it. Through the functional process, a toner image for transfer is formed, which is then transferred to recording paper to make a copy.

However, with recently commercially available copying machines, it is extremely difficult to attach and detach the photoreceptor drum, and there is a risk of damaging the surface of the new photoreceptor drum by contacting the aforementioned image processing member, etc., which can greatly impair the quality of the copied image. It also began to accompany me.

In order to solve these problems, several improvement proposals have been proposed regarding the support mechanism of the photosensitive drum, including the proposal in Japanese Patent Publication No. 142382/1982. or,
In recent years, it has become popular as an inexpensive photoconductor with a short lifespan. When using an OPC photoconductor, it can last for tens of thousands of sheets rather than a few dozen sheets, but cannot be used for more than that. Therefore, it is necessary to frequently replace the photosensitive drum.

However, in the above proposal, the bearing is supported by a relatively long shaft member that inserts the photoreceptor drum into the flanges at both ends, and furthermore, the photoreceptor drum is prevented from falling when the shaft member is removed. Since the receiver is provided with a member, the photoreceptor drum itself must be assembled into the main body of the device via a slidable frame member.
As a result, the support mechanism becomes complicated and large-scale, which may be a big disadvantage in terms of manufacturing and handling, especially in terms of volume and economy, especially for small-sized copying machines.

The present invention solves this problem and improves it, and by attaching and detaching only one member, the photoreceptor drum can be attached and detached safely, reliably, and quickly by hand without the need for any special tools. The object of the present invention is to provide a copying apparatus which is designed to be similar to the above, and which also has a good appearance.

On the other hand, when removing the photoreceptor drum 10, first rotate the bearing member 40 in the relative direction of the arrow C and lock the locking portion 40.
When the photoreceptor drum 10 is disengaged and removed from the side wall 20a, the flange surface of the photoreceptor drum 10 falls slightly, but the outer periphery of the boss portion 10e immediately rises to the protrusion 20 formed on the inside of the side wall 20a. The receiver is stopped at a-2, and the photoreceptor on its circumferential surface is visited from the can 4 of another image forming member J-.From this state, the photoreceptor drum 10 When the entire body is moved in the direction of the side JJ 20a, the fitting between the support @ 10a on the other flange surface and the shaft hole 20b-1 of the side wall 20b is disengaged, and the shaft seat portion 10b is moved inside the side wall 20b. The support is held by the protrusion 20b-2 formed in the photoreceptor drum 1o, so that the photosensitive drum 1o is supported horizontally together with the protrusion 20a-2.
