本発明は文書情報中の罫線の表示又は消去を効率よく行

あると文書メモリ1の文書情報中の罫線で囲まれた枠中
の最外側枠の範囲を認識する認識手段3と、該認識手段
3の認識結果に対応して最外側枠内における罫線処理を
実行する罫線処理手段4と、該罫線処理手段4で処理し
た文書メモリ1中の文書情報を表示する表示手段7とを
備え、罫線処理手段4は更に、カーソル位置桁に罫線が
引かれているか否かを認識し、カーソル位置に罫線が引
かれている時には罫線最外側枠内の当該カーソル位置桁
の罫線を消去する罫線消去手段6と、カーソル位置に罫
線が引かれていない時には当該カーソル位置桁の最外側

も外側にある枠の認識を行い、更に次のステップS44
で、この最外側枠の範囲(大きさ)を認識し、求める処
理を実行する。具体的には最外側枠の縦方向の大きさや
、横方向の大きさ、及び、それらの位置関係等を求める

手段で処理した前記文書メモリ中の文書情報を表示する
