本発明はヒートポンプ装置の熱交換用熱源とし
てサンルーム内気を利用し、これによつてサンル
ーム、居室等の空調と蓄熱タンクへの蓄熱を行う
ことを可能とした熱エネルギーの有効利用をはか
り得る熱利用装置に係り、更に詳しくは室内側熱
交換器、室外側熱交換器、コンプレツサ、四方
弁、膨張弁、ダンパ等を夫々一体的に内蔵したヒ
ートポンプ装置ユニツトの熱源にサンルーム内気
を利用し、更に熱交換器を具備した蓄熱タンクと
前記ヒートポンプ装置ユニツトとを循環パイプ等
を介して相互に連結して構成したことを特徴とし

イラに於ては加熱能力が大きく大容量の温水を得
ることはたやすいが、反面省エネルギー性に劣る
欠点があり、ソーラコレクタによる場合は省エネ
ルギー性に優れるものの供給熱量の変化が大きい
ので大容量のタンクを準備しても特に冬期とか寒
冷地では使用量に不充分な事態の生じることが起
きやすい欠点があつた。従つてこれ等の問題点を
解消する為には夫々の装置を設備すれば良いが、

本発明に係る装置は従来の之等の欠点に鑑み開
発された全く新規な技術であつて、特に本発明は
ヒートポンプ装置ユニツトをサンルームのサツシ
枠の一部に取付固定し、又は屋外に設置してヒー
トポンプの熱源媒体を外気よりもはるかに温度の
高いサンルーム内空気に求め、50℃程度の凝縮温
度を得て成績係数を高水準に維持し、かつサンル
ーム、居室の冷暖房と蓄熱タンクの蓄熱との両方
を行うことを可能とした全く新規な熱利用装置に

ンルームであつて、その南面にはガラス戸1aが
設けられかつ床面には鋼製床基盤1bが設けられ
ている。次に2は本発明の装置の要部を構成する
ヒートポンプ装置ユニツトであつて、前記サンル
ーム1のサツシ枠の一部にサンルーム壁と略一体
的に取付固定されている。このユニツト2には特
に室内側熱交換器3、室外側熱交換器4、コンプ
レツサ5、四方弁6、膨張弁7、切替ダンパ8が
夫々一体的に内蔵され、かつこれ等は相互に周知
の冷凍サイクルを営むように接続配管されてい
る。ユニツト2には第1図に明らかな如く、サン
ルーム内気を導入する吸気口2a、熱交換空気を
サンルーム内(居室内を含む)に吹出す室内側吹
出口2b、室内側空気を室外に吹出す室外側吹出
口2c、室外気を導入する吸気口2d、熱交換空
気を室外に吹出す吹出口2eが夫々設けられてい
る。室内側熱交換器3の上方には前記吸気口2a
に隣接して送風フアン3aが設けられており、室
外側熱交換器4の上方にも前記吹出口2eに隣接
して送風フアン4aが設けられている。又前記切
替ダンパ8は吹出口2bと吹出口2cとの間に設
けられて、何れか一方の吹出口2b,2cをサン
ルーム内の冷房、暖房の要、不要に応じて選択的
に開口せしめ得る如く作動し、更に該室内側吹出
口2bからのサンルーム内吹出しと居室内吹出し
の切替えは該吹出口部に分岐ダクトやダンパ(図

に前記蓄熱分を熱源にしてヒートポンプ運転を
行うか或は直接床暖房を行つて部屋内を暖房す

ても居室暖房を中断する必要がなく、極めて実用
的である、(4)サンルーム内の空調が出来るので、
観葉植物等の裁培が可能である、(5)ヒートポンプ
装置はユニツト式であり、サンルーム内気を利用
するものであるからサツシ枠に直接取付けること
