分割セグメントを設置し、これら分割セグメントに共通
の軸心にエキスパンダーピンの先端部の斜面に適合する
傾斜孔を穿設し、更に該分割セグメント及びフランジプ
ッシャーバッドを押圧するエキスパンダーピン及びフラ
ンジブツシャ−パッド抑圧装置を設置したことを特徴と
