Abstract

PURPOSE:A cockroach killer that contains feeding substances, boric acid and onion, thus showing large controlling effect, keeping the effect for a long period of time and being produced inexpensively. CONSTITUTION:The cockroach killer is made by using feeding substances such as rice bran, rice flour, wheat flour, fish powder, bone powder, powdered milk, milk butter or sugar, boric acid and onion. Onion acts as an attractant and/ or binder, however, other attractants such as aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic hydrocarbon, alcohol, ether, amine, aldehyde, ester, carboxylic acid or other synthetic attractants may be combined.
