Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the propagation of vibration to a support bed, by interposing a damping plate between a vibrational machine and a support bed by the intermediary of spacers or vibration-damping rubber, and thereby absorbing the vibrational energy produced by the vibrational machine by the damping plate. CONSTITUTION:A damping plate 3 is interposed between a vibrational machine 1 and a support bed 2 by the intermediary of spacers 4, 4. The vibrational machine 1, the support bed 2 and the damping plate 3 are fixed together by means of bolts 5. Here, it is preferable that the damping plate 3 is made of two vibration-damping steel plates 3b bonded together by a synthetic resin 3a. With such an arrangement, the vibrational energy produced by the vibrational machine 1 can be absorbed by the damping plate 3, so that the propagation of vibration to the support bed 2 can be reduced.

振動を与えそれがまた騒音源となる。この振動伝播の遮
断の対策として機械を防振ゴムを介して据付台に取付け
る場合が多い。このような回転機械の他の回転機械との
結合にはフレキシブルカップリングを用いるが、振動に
よるカップリングの両側間での相対運動がカップリング
の寿命特性を低下させることが大きい。それで本発明で
は振動機械の振動遮断を防振ゴムによらず。

って行うこととした。このようにして振動機械を防振ゴ
ムによるいわば浮遊支持から固定支持にかえることによ
シ前述のカップ図で、1は振動機械、2は据付台、3は
ダンピング板、4はダンピング板5を振動機械1と据付
台2との両側からはさむスペーサ、5は据付ボルトであ
る。ダンピング板に用いる制振鋼板は第2図にその断面
で示すように2枚の鋼板5bを合成樹脂3aで接着した
もので市販の製品がある。これを第1図のように取付け
れば制振鋼板は振動機械の振動をうけその振動エネルギ
ーを吸収し、据付台2への振動の伝播を減殺する。鋼板
の片面に合成樹脂等のダンピング材をはシつけたもので
も同様の効果がある。振動機械1の垂直方向の振動を考
えれば、ダンピング板50面外振動の固有振動数を上記
振動と共鳴関係におくときダンピング効果は特に大きく
なる。
