Abstract

PURPOSE:To make response speed high, electric power consumption less and improve productivity by disposing a film-like heater and a film-like element on a substrate of heat resistant and electrically insulating characteristics, and forming these into one body. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 3 which consists of heat resistant metal such as Pt and is made into a film shape having a comb-shaped end is formed on one green sheet 2a of a substrate 2 by screen printing or the like using paste. A film-like heater 4 consisting of metal such as Pt is formed on the other sheet 2b by screen printing or the like using paste. The upper part of the plate-like substrate 2 consisting of alumina or the like holding a detecting element 1 and the electrode 3 and buried therein with the heater 4 is made broad, and lead wires 3a, 4a are provided to the top end part thereof. Sub-lead wires 5 consisting of heat resistant metal are welded to the respective lead wires. Thereby, the rate of heating is increased, electric power consumption is reduced and productivity is improved.
