Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the axial vibrations and cracks during the rotation by providing the sleeve in the central hole of an annular plastic magnet. CONSTITUTION:The metal sleeve 3 is fixed to a recess 2 by using cylindrical metal mold 1 having the circular recess 2 at the center of the bottom. A material, wherein thermosetting resin is blended with magnetic powder, a curing agent, and a mold release agent, is injected, compressed and formed by a mold 5. The formed product with the sleeve 3 is taken out, and a shaft 6 is pressed in. Then, a plurality of N and S poles are alternately provided around the outer periphery of the resin, thereby the plastic magnet 7 is obtained. In this constitution, since the magnet parts and the metal sleeve are incorporated to form one body beforehand, and the shaft is pressed in the sleeve, the excessive force is not directly applied to the plastic part at the time of the compression. Therefore, the plastic magnet is not damaged, and the axial vibration during the rotation can be prevented by the compression of the shaft.
