Abstract
PURPOSE: To harden the sludge so as to possess the short term strength and the long term strength, by adding to the organic sludge the specified amount of the cement and the acid carbonate or sesquicarbonate of alkali metal and aluminum sulfate.
CONSTITUTION: The compound consisting of the hydraulic cement compound 100 weight parts, one or both of acid carbonate and sesquicarbonate of alkali metal like as acid sodium carbonate, etc., 1W50 parts, and the aluminum sulfate 1W50 parts, are added to the organic sludge. The amount of this additive compound is specified to 1W50 parts against 100 weight parts of the organic sludge at wet base. This additive hardening agent has a great acceleration effect for the long term strength, and moreover, has a proper fluidity, so that a good workability can be obtained.
