Abstract

PURPOSE:To mass-produce a hollow product with an irregular curve by connecting a die head to be used for pushing a parison to the edge of a extruding cylinder 3 and by making a metal mold cavity section-faced structure for a production-featured blow formation. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin material in a extruding cylinder 3 becomes a pipe shaped material from a die head 5 and is pushed into the cavity 7 of a metal mold 6. A cross slide 4's motors 14 and 17 are drived with the direction of the slender cavity 7 with which the die head 5 is moved right and left or forward and backward. When there is a curved section, motors 14 and 17 are drived simultaneously and when there is a high and low one they are moved by the piston 21 of a rise and fall device 8. The pusher is stopped and a material is cut by a cutter 26 to form a parison. The metal mold 6 with the parison is shifted into the clamping device 32, the paired metal molds 6' are gone down and the air is put in the parison to make a hollow formation with an irregular curve.
