CONSTITUTION: Plural kinds of visible light fluorescent materials R, G and B which emit respectively visible light with different kinds of have are arranged on screen 2 according to the fixed region pattern and, moreover, stripe invisible light fluorescent materials 6 and 7 which emit respectively invisible light with diffrent kinds of frequency spectrums are also coated. Invisible fluorescent materials 6 and 7 on screen 2 with the constitution above mentioned are scanned by deflecting ultraviolet rays beams UV supplied from luminous source 1 by the use of deflecting unit 3 and plural kinds of visible fluorescent materials R, G and B are excited by invisible light with wide frequency band width which is emitted from invisible fluorescent materials 6 and 7, so that the visible light with objective luminance and hue is emitted and are displayed on screen 2.
