Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food container which has such a structure that the contents in the container body receive a compressive force by stacking the containers in sequence. SOLUTION: This food container is constituted of a box-type container body 1 opened at the upper face and a cover plate 2 having a substantially flat form which is one size smaller than the upper opening of the box-type container body 1. After the contents have been charged in the container body, the cover plate 2 is put on the contents and the containers charged with the contents are stacked one by one. Projections 4 are provided at the bottom face 3 of the container body 1 to push down the cover plate 2 of the container positioned at the lower side when the containers with contents are stacked. The contents receive a compressive force through the projections 4. Notches 6a, 6b in which at least a pair of rubber bands are hooked, are provided at both opposite sides of the center of the container body, at the upper end of the peripheral side wall 5 constituting the container body 1.

2. Description of the Related Art Heretofore, as a container for storing sushi or the like, a container having a box-shaped container body with an open upper surface and a lid plate having a shape slightly smaller than the upper surface opening of the container body has been used. Are known. However, such a container generally has a structure in which the contents are put into the container body, the lid plate is placed from above, and the lid plate is fixed in a state where the lid plate is pressed from above, and the lid plate is fixed. Not only is it necessary to use a rod-shaped member (for example, a holding rod made by breaking bamboo), but it also takes a lot of time to fix the rod-shaped member using a rubber ring, and only one piece can be produced. Therefore, there was a problem that productivity was not good. Further, since the conventional container is made of wood or bamboo, there is also a problem that the container becomes bulky when discarded.

The food container of the present invention comprises a box-shaped container body 1 having an open upper surface and a substantially flat cover plate 2 having a shape slightly smaller than the upper surface opening of the box-shaped container body 1. Although the shape of the box-shaped container body 1 in the present invention is not particularly limited, it is generally a regular octagonal column as shown in FIG. 1 or a rectangular parallelepiped as shown in FIG. In the present invention, the cover plate 2 generally has a shape smaller than the opening shape of the upper surface of the box-shaped container body 1 by about 0.5 to 2 mm over the entire circumference. It is preferable to provide a knob portion 8 on the upper surface of 2 so that the lid can be easily removed. However, the shape of the knob 8 is
The present invention is not limited to those shown in FIGS. In the food container of the present invention, the materials of the box-shaped container body 1 and the lid plate 2 are not particularly limited, and may be paper, wooden, or plastic. May be.

[0007] When the contents are put into the box-shaped container body 1 and the containers on which the lid plates 2 are placed are sequentially stacked on the bottom surface 3 of the box-shaped container body 1, the contents are located on the lower side. A projection 4 is provided which can push down the lid plate 2 of the container downward (see FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (b)). In the food container of the present invention, when the containers containing the contents are sequentially stacked by the projections 4, the lid plate 2 of the container located on the lower side is pushed down, and the compressive load is applied to the contents from above. Therefore, after putting the contents in the container, it is possible to manufacture a pressed sushi simply by stacking the contents. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the contents 9 are put in the box-shaped container main body 1 of FIG. 2 and the containers are stacked, and the cross-sectional view shows that the contents 9 of the two lower containers are compressed. The state where a load is applied is shown. In the present invention, the projections 4 generally protrude about 2 to 5 mm below the box-shaped container body 1, and the magnitude of the compressive load applied to the contents 9 is The height can be adjusted arbitrarily. In the present invention, the protrusion 4
1 and the mounting position on the bottom surface 3 can be arbitrarily selected. However, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the projection 4 is formed between the inner wall of the peripheral side wall 5 of the box-shaped container body 1 located on the lower side. It is preferable that it can be fitted and fixed closely.

Further, in the present invention, at least a pair of notches 6a, 6b for hooking rubber bands are provided at the upper end of the peripheral side wall 5 constituting the box-shaped container main body 1 so as to oppose the central portion of the container main body 1 therebetween. (FIGS. 1 (a) and (b), FIGS. 2 (a) and (b)), and such a notch 6
According to a and 6b, when two or more containers are stacked and covered with a rubber band, the lid plate 2 of the box-shaped container main body 1 located at the uppermost position is pushed down, and the lid plate 2 is compressed into the container located at the uppermost position. A load can be applied, and the rubber band can be prevented from easily coming off. In the present invention, four notches 6a and 6b may be provided at the upper end of the peripheral side wall 5 of the box-shaped container body 1 so that two rubber bands can be applied thereto (FIG. 1A). reference). Further, in the present invention, in order to prevent the rubber band from easily coming off from the box-shaped container body 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 1 (c), corresponding to the notches 6a, 6b. Notches 7a, 7 for hooking rubber bands
Preferably, b is provided at the lower end of the peripheral side wall 5.

EXAMPLE Using a water-resistant paperboard having a thickness of about 3 mm, a food container (external dimensions: about 19 cm × about 19 cm × about 3 cm) having the shape shown in FIG. 1 was prepared. At this time, the lid plate has a shape that is smaller by about 1 mm over the entire circumference than the upper surface opening shape of the box-shaped container body, and a U-shape having a width of 6 mm and a depth of 6 mm is formed at the upper end of the peripheral side wall. Four notches were provided. When trout sushi was put in this food container and the containers were stacked in order, a compressive load was applied to the contents by the projections provided on the bottom surface of the container, and trout sushi could be continuously and efficiently produced. In addition, the notch provided in the container body makes it easy to apply a rubber band, and the rubber band can store the contents in a compressed state by pressing the lid plate. The food container of the present invention is used for a station valve. It was suitable as a container.

The food container of the present invention has a structure in which, when the containers are stacked, a compressive load is applied to the contents put in the container body from above, so that the containers are simply stacked. For example, pressed sushi can be manufactured continuously and efficiently, and can be easily packaged simply by applying a rubber band to a notch, and has a form suitable for sale. In addition, the food container of the present invention made of paper has the advantage that it does not become bulky when discarded.
