When the incoming radio wave is received from the master unit, it is received by the antenna 2, and the control unit 9 causes the wireless unit 10 to perform amplification, frequency conversion and detection of the received signal. The voice processing unit 11 corrects the level and frequency characteristic of the received signal. Control unit 9
Detects that the received signal is an incoming call signal, and then outputs a signal to ring the incoming call bell to the display light emitting unit 14, a light emission signal to notify the incoming call by light, or a vibration signal to notify the incoming call by vibration. Then, the display light emitting unit 14 performs an operation of notifying an incoming call according to these signals. When speaking, press the receiving button on the main unit to talk. The call voice is input from the microphone forming the voice input unit 12, passes through the voice processing unit 11, is modulated by the radio unit 10, is radiated as a radio wave from the antenna 2, and is transmitted to the other party of the call via the master unit. To be done.

点を有していた。However, in the above-described conventional configuration, when the power of the child device 1 is turned on, the power consumption of the battery 5 is reduced regardless of whether the child device 1 is being charged or not being charged. In order to do so, since intermittent reception is performed in which the reception stop state and the reception state are repeated for a certain period of time, when the handset 1 is in the reception stop state when the incoming call signal from the base unit is received, the handset 1 There is a problem that the incoming call operation cannot be performed until the next reception state is entered, and the response of the handset device 1 to the base device is delayed.

Reduce the power consumption of the battery by lowering the volume, lowering the light emission brightness, or lowering the vibration level.
In addition, since there is not enough intermittent reception during charging when there is sufficient power, the incoming call signal from the base unit is output quickly, and either the bell volume is increased, the light emission brightness is increased, or the vibration amount is increased. By clarifying the incoming call signal, the incoming call response performance can be improved.

することも可能である。In FIG. 1, when the secondary battery 19 that can be charged is installed in the slave unit 1, it is necessary to charge and use the secondary battery 19. Therefore, the charging signal detection unit 15 detects the charging voltage from the charging stand to the child device 1 and detects that the child device 1 is being charged. As shown in FIG. 2, the voltage applied to the charging terminal 18 from the outside of the cordless handset 1 passes through the noise prevention circuit 22 that eliminates malfunctions due to external noise, or attenuates to a level that does not hinder detection of the voltage. To a charge detection circuit 23 which converts the signal into a logic 1 or logic 0, a high or low signal. In response to the detection output of the charge detection circuit 23, the intermittent reception control unit 16 of FIG. 1 switches the reception unit 17 to continuous reception when it detects a charging state, and switches to intermittent reception when it is not charging. It is also possible to make the reception time ratio of the intermittent reception during charging larger than the reception time ratio when not charging.

The thermistor 21, which is thermally coupled to the secondary battery 19, generates heat when the secondary battery 19 is charged, so that the thermistor 21 manages temperature for completion of charging and
The heat of the secondary battery 19 is converted into a resistance value and transferred to the charger 7.

Since the full charge is detected by measuring the voltage and the temperature, it is possible to switch from the intermittent reception to the continuous reception after the full charge is detected. As a result, when the battery is not fully charged, it may not be possible to secure the call time indicated in the specifications when receiving an incoming call, but when the battery 5 is fully charged, the incoming call was answered during continuous reception. When, there is an advantage that it is possible to talk for a time that satisfies the specifications.

Low contrast, more power consumption than dark display. In addition, the brightness of the light emitting diode used for power-on, setting, and display of a call can be changed, and the bright display consumes more power than the dark display. Furthermore, as the sound volume of the ringing ringing sound when an incoming call is received, an alarm sound when a violating operation is performed, and a voice or a signal sound of the other party of the call is increased, the power consumption of the circuit increases.

The large ringer volume allows you to know an incoming call earlier, and does not make the called party wait for a long time. Then, the charging signal detection unit 15 detects that the battery is being charged, and the display light amount switching unit 41 brightens the display by increasing the light amount or increasing the brightness, and the emission light amount switching unit 40 causes the light emitting diode or the light bulb. To increase the brightness or increase the brightness, and the voice switching unit 39
The control microcomputer 38 controls either to increase the input power to the sounding body, the earphone, or the like. However, it is possible to set a state in which the power consumption is not increased. The increase in power consumption can be set so that the battery can operate when the battery capacity is fully charged, as in the first embodiment of the present invention. As described above, according to the configuration of the second embodiment, the low power consumption state can be set when the battery is not charged, and the high power consumption state can be set by using a sufficient power when the battery is charged.

Therefore, it is possible to perform continuous reception or an operation of increasing power consumption by improving the volume and the display brightness, thereby making it possible to promptly receive an incoming call at the time of charging, improve responsiveness, and improve usability.
