Moreover, the setup change work at each location requires a certain procedure for each location, and depending on the current product number and the next product number, there is also a part that does not require setup replacement.

A plurality of hand switches are provided to individually display the procedure, and one hand switch is turned off at the end of each work, and the work procedure for each setup location is displayed on the control panel in chronological order. It is characterized in that indicator lights for displaying in rows are provided, and the indicator lights are sequentially operated in association with the respective hand switches.

However, for example, when the insulator of the current product number and the insulator of the next product number have the same outer diameter, it may not be necessary to carry out the setup work for a certain part. Therefore, in the present invention, by incorporating an arithmetic unit in the control panel (2), it is possible to calculate and display the required setup location and setup work by inputting the current product number and the next product number.

By turning on, it is displayed for each setup location.

In the illustrated example, the indicator lights (3) are arranged in 18 rows corresponding to each setup location, and the number of indicator lights (3) corresponding to the work procedure at each setup location is arranged in time series for each row. It is arranged along with an example. Each hand switch at each setup location of the device (1) and each indicator light (3) on the panel of the control panel (2) are made to correspond one to one.

Calculates the required setup location and setup work by the built-in computing device, and also sets up each hand switch of each setup location of the device (1) and each setup light of each indicator light (3) on the panel of the control panel (2). For example, only the part that needs work is turned on. Therefore, the worker performs the setup change of the portion displayed by the hand switches of the plurality of storages at each setup location of the apparatus (1), and turns off the hand switches one by one at the end of each work. Along with this, the indicator lamps (3) arranged in time series on the panel of the control panel (2) corresponding to the work procedure are also sequentially turned off. When all the hand switches and the indicator lights (3) are extinguished, it means that all required setup change operations have been completed.

As in the past, the disadvantage that only an experienced person can know the required setup portion is eliminated, and anyone can immediately know the required setup portion.

Moreover, the indicator lights arranged on the control panel panel in time series are turned on, and at the same time the hand switch is turned off one by one at the end of each work, the indicator lights on the control panel panel are also turned off. Since all the indicator lights are turned off, it is possible to easily confirm the completion of the setup, and there is no need to perform the work confirmation among the workers as in the conventional case. Therefore, even if the production is started immediately, there is no risk of product failure due to setup omissions or mistakes.
