材を、断面略C字状からなり且つ前記ピストン桿
の先端附近に関着した支持枠体と、前記弁部材の
底壁表面上を摺擦しピストン桿の移動方向に直角
な長手方向の両端に起立壁を設けて、前記支持枠
体に緩着状に内装されたライナーと、から形成
し、このライナーの周縁の少なくとも一部を前記
