[0009] A receiving part for supporting the tile on the surface may be formed on the crosspiece of the above-mentioned under-roofing material. Moreover, it is preferable that the function hole be a long hole that is long in the direction of the slope of the roof. A concave gap may be formed along the joint between the lower edge and the upper edge surface of the underlayment materials.

A crosspiece is integrally formed along the lower edge of each under-roofing material, and when roofing with tiles, each tile is placed and fixed with reference to the crosspiece. The functional hole that communicates the top and bottom of the crosspiece serves as a through hole for the tie wire that fixes the tile, and at the same time,
It also serves as a hole for draining rainwater on the underlayment. Rainwater that enters through gaps between tiles due to strong winds and rain passes through functional holes provided in the rising parts of the crosspieces of each underlayment, and then flows down to the eaves and is drained.

[0012] Furthermore, by forming a receiving part on the crosspiece of the under-roofing material to support the tile with a surface, it becomes possible to use that surface to drive nails or screws to fix the tile. By forming the above-mentioned functional holes into elongated holes that are long in the direction of inclination of the roof, the surface tension that occurs when rainwater passes through the functional holes is reduced, and the drainage capacity of the holes is improved.

Furthermore, if a concave gap is formed along the joint between the lower edge and the upper edge surface of the base roofing materials, a sufficient space will be formed between the members at the joint, which will prevent rainwater from accumulating. This prevents the capillary phenomenon that causes pores from occurring, allowing rainwater from the functional holes to smoothly flow down from the joint.

[0026] The tiled roof structure constructed as above is as follows:
It has a dual structure consisting of an under-roof made of metal plates and a tile roof, and according to this structure, it has a waterproof function due to both the tile roof and the under-roof. Both function holes 4a and 4b are provided with fastening wires 9 for fixing the crosspiece tile 1 in the crosspiece 5 of the underlayment material 2.
Since it is constructed so that it can be tightened using the roof structure, there are no nail holes penetrating the underlayment material 2 within the range where rainwater can infiltrate in the roof structure, thereby ensuring reliable waterproofness. Can be done.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, concave gaps 11 and 12 are formed along the joint between the lower edge and the upper edge surface of the base roofing materials 2. Figure 12
In this case, the above-mentioned gap 11 is formed over the entire length of the joint between the underlaying materials 2 by providing an upward step in front of the engaging portion 84b on the lower edge side formed by folding back from the crosspiece 85 to the back side. In addition, in the case of FIG. 13, the gap 12 is similarly formed by forming a downward step along the portion of the upper edge surface that contacts the crosspiece 95.

For example, if the joint between the lower edge and the upper edge surface of the underlayment material 2 is joined with almost no gap as shown in the embodiments up to FIG. There is a possibility that rainwater that flows down through the function holes 8a and 8b will accumulate due to the capillary phenomenon that occurs.

Therefore, as described above, by forming the concave gaps 11 and 12 along the problematic joint, capillary phenomenon at the same location can be effectively prevented, and rainwater flowing down from the functional hole 8b can be prevented. This allows rainwater to flow down smoothly and prevent rainwater from accumulating in the joints.

Although each of the above embodiments shows a tiled roof structure compatible with a wooden roof base, the tiled roof structure of the present invention can also be implemented on a steel frame roof base. Furthermore, the same method can be applied not only to Japanese tiles but also to Western tiles such as Spanish tiles.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it produces the following effects. It has a double structure consisting of an under-roofing made of metal plates and a tiled roof, and is configured so that it can be tied together with a tie wire that fixes the tiles using functional holes in the crosspieces of the under-roofing material. Within the range where rainwater can infiltrate, nail holes that cause rain to leak from the underlayment material, which serves as the waterproof layer of the underlayment material, can be completely eliminated, thereby ensuring reliable waterproofness.

Since the crosspiece is integrally formed along the lower edge of the under-roofing material, the installation of the tile crosspiece, which determines the accuracy of tile roofing, can be done accurately at the same time as under-roofing. In addition to eliminating the need for marking and attaching the crosspieces, it is possible to perform accurate and beautiful tile roofing using the crosspieces as a reference even if the worker does not have particularly advanced skills. Furthermore, even if rainwater enters the inside of the tile roof due to strong winds and rain, it will quickly drain away by passing through the functional holes made in the crosspieces of the underlayment and flowing down over the underlayment to the eaves. It also prevents rainwater from lingering between the roof and the roofing.

[0040] By forming the receiving part for receiving the tile on the surface of the above-mentioned crosspiece of the under-roofing material, the tile can be fixed using any method of fastening wire, nails, or screws (or both methods). But it can be fixed.

[0041] Furthermore, by making the functional hole opened in the rising part of the crosspiece into a long hole, the surface tension generated when rainwater passes through the functional hole is reduced, and the drainage capacity of the hole is improved. Workability when tying the tying wire can also be improved.

Furthermore, by forming a concave gap along the joint between the lower edge and the upper edge surface of the underlaying materials, the capillary phenomenon that occurs at the joint can be prevented, and the functional pores can be closed. This allows rainwater to flow smoothly down from the joint and prevents rainwater from accumulating within the joint.
