Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a polysaccharide as xyloglucan conjugated protein useful as an antiulcer agent by extracting a fruit body of Polyporus Confluens with a solvent, extracting the residue with hot water, separating the supernatant, adding a solvent to the supernatant to precipitate the polysaccharide and subjecting the polysaccharide to gel filtration to fractionate the polysaccharide. CONSTITUTION:A fruit body of Polyporus Confluens is extracted with an organic solvent and solvent-soluble fraction is filtered and removed and the extracted residue is further extracted with hot water. The extract solution is cooled and then supernatant thereof is separated and the solution is concentrated to high concentration and then equivalent amount of solvent is added thereto to precipitate polysaccharide and the supernatant is separated to afford polysaccharide. The polysaccharide is further fractionated by elution treatment by gel filtration method to provide the polysaccharide as xyloglucan conjugated protein having different ingredient content.

つものには抗腫瘍活性は全く無効か極めて弱く、又化学
合成薬剤においては副作用が多く且つ大であるという問
題点が存在する。

高濃度にして等量の溶媒液を加えて多糖体を沈殿させそ
の上澄を分離して多糖体を得、更に当該多糖体をゲル濾
過法による溶出操作によって分別し、含有組成分量の異
るキシログルカン蛋白複合体としての多糖体を得ること
を特徴とするニンギョウタケ子実体からの多糖体抽出方
法。
