糖体(キシログルカン蛋白複合体)を有効成分とする抗

つものには抗腫瘍活性は全く無効か極めて弱く、又化学
合成薬剤においては副作用が多く且つ大であるという問

溶画分を濾過除去してその抽出残渣を更に熱水抽出を行
い、これを冷却して後上澄液を分離し、次いで当該液に
高濃度にして等量の溶媒液を加えて多糖体を沈殿させそ
の上澄を分離して多糖体を得、更に当該多糖体をゲル濾
過法による溶出操作によって分別し、含有組成分量の異
るキシログルカン蛋白複合体としての多糖体を得ること
を特徴とするニンギョウタケ子実体からの多糖体抽出方
