Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable saving of the use of supply water by a method wherein when waste water in a bath tub and the like is enough, supply water is shut off by means of a water pressure, only intermediate water is caused to flow in a valve tank, and after drainage of the water from the valve tank, intermediate water is supplied where occasion needs. CONSTITUTION:A submerged pump 2 is charged in a bath tub 1, waste hot water in the bath tub 1 is fed through a hot water feed pipe 3 to a water storage tank 4, and is further guided through a water feed pipe 8 to a water quantity regulating casing 10 in a valve tank 9. By dint of the pressure of intermediate water in the water regulating casing 10, a bellows or a bag 12 is expanded in the shape of a cylinder. By blocking lowering of a ball tap 13, a feed valve 16 for supply water is closed, and only intermediate water is fed to the valve tank 9. When the valve tank runs short of the feed of intermediate water due to drainage of waste hot water in the bath tub 1, the water quantity regulating casing 10 is actuated, and through restoration of the ball tap 13, supply water is fed as usual to the valve tank 9. This constitution causes the automatic feed of supply water even when the valve tank runs short of intermediate water, eliminates a fear of the feed of water being disconnected, and enable saving of the use of supply water.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention allows gray water using waste water from bathtubs, etc. to be led to a normal toilet bowl cleaning tank (hereinafter referred to as a valve tank) and used in combination with tap water. The present invention relates to a method for using both clean water and gray water in a toilet flushing tank, and an apparatus therefor.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, methods and devices for automatically selectively supplying clean water and gray water in the same toilet have been abandoned. There have been reports that a theory has been put forward to use gray water in some areas out of respect for resources, and that it has been tested, but this is a large-scale project such as an apartment building, where wastewater from each house is collected in one place. Since gray water was filtered, a completely separate water supply system was created, and the valve tank for each toilet was connected to this system, not only did it require a large amount of equipment costs, but it also reduced the amount saved on water bills. It was not something that could be depreciated based on the amount. Therefore, there was no public attention at all. Furthermore, in this case I! J. Even though I was told that I would be treated well, it was not only unhygienic to bring in other people's various types of washing water, but also psychologically unsatisfactory. Since a general sewage system is used, there is a risk that liquid urine and feces may be brought in along with flushing water from the toilet bowl. Unlike the present invention, even if you share your home's washing area with tap water and put it in a valve tank, there will be no bad odor and no need for disinfection.

Moreover, just by attaching some additions to a normal valve tank like in the present invention, either clean water or gray water is automatically supplied, and even if gray water is cut off, clean water is automatically supplied. It was not a system where either one was supplied.

(Means for solving the problem) If there is a sufficient amount of waste water from a bathtub, etc., apply pressure to it, and use this water pressure to push up and fix the ball tap in the valve tank or its handle, so that the water supply can be improved. This prevents the inflow of water into the valve tank, allowing only gray water to flow into the valve tank, and after the water is full, the inflow is stopped using a separate float or water level gauge, and after defecation is washed using a prescribed method instead of using clean water, the valve tank is After draining the tank, gray water is supplied as needed until the tank reaches its storage capacity.

First, put a small submersible pump 2 into the bathtub 1,
Alternatively, insert the hose of a regular stationary pump into the bathtub, send water through the submersible pump 2, and then connect the washing area in the bathtub 1 through the hot water pipe 3 to a water storage tank 4 installed at a high place or a suitable water tank. It is sent into a pressure storage tank 5 installed at a location. When the water storage tank 4 and the pressure storage tank 5 become full, the current to the submersible pump 2 is cut off by the full water switch 6 or the pressure switch 7. The water is led from the water storage tank 4 or pressure storage tank 5 through a water supply pipe 8 to a water volume adjustment case 10 installed inside a valve tank 9. Pressure water due to the head difference with the water storage tank 4 or pressure water from the pressure storage tank 5 is guided to the water volume adjustment housing 10 through a water supply pipe 11 to the water volume adjustment housing 10 attached to the valve tank 9 . The pressure water causes the bellows or bag 12 attached to this housing 10 to expand into a cylindrical shape, which is installed on the upper part of the valve tank 9, and stops the pole 14 of the ball tap 13 or the handle 15 of the ball tap 13, thereby closing the valve tank. Support so that it does not fall even if the water level inside 9 falls. That is, in this case, since the ball tap 13 remains pushed up, the water supply valve 16 does not open even if the water level falls. On the other hand, since the ball valve 17 of this water volume adjustment case 10 is connected to the float 1B, when the valve [9 is filled with a certain amount of water, the ball valve 17 is pulled up by its buoyancy, and the ball valve 17 can be pulled up without falling. During this period, pressure water does not flow into the valve tank 9. After the person who enters the toilet finishes urinating, he or she turns the handle 27 of the drain valve 31 installed in the valve tank 9, or
When the string is pulled to release the water in the valve tank 9 into the toilet bowl for flushing and the water level in the valve tank 9 falls, the float 18 lowers and the chain or string 19 loosens, so the ball valve 17 connected to it
falls downward under its own weight, and the valve port 25 is opened.

As a result, the pressure water in the water storage tank 4 or the pressure storage tank 5 flows out from the valve port 25, and the water level in the valve tank 8 returns to its normal position, so the float 17 also rises and is pulled by the float 17, causing the ball valve to open. 16 closes the valve port 21. Therefore, the gray water in the water storage tank 4 or the pressure storage tank 5 stops flowing into the valve tank 9. During this time, the bellows or bag 12 always maintains its position and expands due to the pressure of the gray water inside the water volume adjustment case 10, so even if the water level drops, the ball tap 13 is prevented from descending, and the tap water is It is stopping the influx. Therefore, the water supply valve 16 does not operate, and the water is supplied to the valve tank 9.
Does not flow inside. That is, in this case, the tap water is shut off and only gray water is supplied to the valve tank 9. If the supply of gray water due to wastewater in the bathtub 1 etc. is insufficient, there will be no pressure water, so
Since the bellows or bag 12 of the water M adjustment housing 10 stops expanding and deflates, the conventional ball tap 13 returns to its original operation and supplies clean water into the valve tank 9 as usual. Therefore, even if there is a shortage of gray water, the supply of clean water starts immediately, and there is no need for water outages or manual operations.

In addition, an underground water storage tank 4° is provided in front of the pressure storage tank 5 as shown in Fig. 3, and the washing area in the bathtub 1 is temporarily stored here.
Of course, the water pump 2'' may be used to sequentially send water to the pressure storage tank 5.It goes without saying that when the water storage tank 4 is full of water and the pressure storage tank 5 is at a predetermined pressure, the full water switch is activated. 6 or pressure switch 7 are activated respectively to stop the operation of the water pump 2°.

The valve body 28 of this ball valve 17 is ball-shaped, and a float 18 is attached to one place in the drawing by a bendable chain or string 19, etc., and this float 18 floats at the height of the water surface in the valve tank 9. At this time, the ball valve 17 is adjusted to be brought into close contact with the valve seat 20 with buoyancy. Also, when the water in the valve tank 9 is drained for flushing the toilet and the water level drops, the float 18
is lowered and the ball valve 17 falls downward due to its weight, opening the valve port 21 and allowing gray water having the pressure from the water storage tank 4 or the pressure storage tank 5 to flow out into the valve tank 9. When the water surface in the valve tank 9 reaches a predetermined position, the float 18
is constructed so that it floats as the water surface rises, tensions the chain or string 19, pulls up the ball valve 17, brings it into close contact with the valve seat 20, and blocks the outflow of pressure water into the valve tank 9. At this time, the ball tap 13 is connected to the bellows or bag 12 mentioned above.
Therefore, the water supply valve 16 is closed and no water flows in at all. Although a ball valve 17 was used in the unimplemented example, this is a door valve 2 that is opened by a commonly known spring 22.
Of course, 3 may also be used. This is illustrated in FIG.

(Effects of the invention) In Japan, tap water is almost always used for cleaning valve tanks. In the spirit of respecting water resources, this is nothing short of an abuse. Recently, there have been some attempts to use gray water, but this involves collecting sewage from housing complexes such as apartments, filtering it, etc., and distributing it to each unit through a separate system from the water supply system. Generally speaking, this is difficult to do because it imposes a double burden.

Furthermore, in the present invention, when the gray water is used up during the day, it is automatically switched to the tap water, and no human operation is required during this time, so even if it is installed in a general household, no human labor is required. However, only putting in and lifting the submersible pump requires manual labor, but this eliminates the need to reinstall the bathtub, which is highly economical. In addition, in the case of new installation or fundamental remodeling, if it is formally attached to the drain plug of the bathtub, in this case, a fixed pump is used, so no human intervention is required at all.
