プラスチックレンズ等の成型にあたっては、金型を二度
締め直す(増し締め)方法による圧縮成型がなされてい
るが、成型品の周辺にバリが出来る等、ギヤ、プーリー
など周辺の機能を必要とするものには適当でないと共に
、既存の金型、射出成型機は、使用出来ず新たに造り替
えなければならない。当発明は、従来の金型や射出成型
機に少々の改良を加えることにより充分、使用出来る利
