Description
- 固定フレームであって、固定フレーム自体が、脚部及び少なくとも1つのシート基部を備える、固定フレームと、

Claims (11)
- ビークルのキャビンの床に固定されるよう意図されたビークルシートであって、
- 固定フレームであって、前記固定フレーム自体が、脚部及び少なくとも1つのシート基部を備える、固定フレームと、
- 前記固定フレームに固定された、1つ以上のシート基部と同じ数の1つ以上の背もたれであって、前記固定フレームの左右方向(Y)に沿って水平方向よりも鉛直方向により近く置かれた少なくとも2つの直立部(20,50)を備える、背もたれと、
を備え、
前記直立部(20,50)が、対応する背もたれの後面上での衝撃の影響を受けて上方にはめ込み解除されるように上方への並進で前記固定フレームに対して解放可能な方式で、下端部(30)によって前記固定フレーム内にはめ込まれ、はめ込み解除された後に前方に回動することができるように前記固定フレームの少なくとも1つの固定軸周りで回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とするシート。 - 決定された力以下では前記直立部(20,50)を並進させることをブロックするために、各直立部(20,50)と前記固定フレームとの間に少なくとも1つの機械的なフューズを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシート。
- 各直立部の回動が、少なくとも1つの可撓性要素であって、第1の下端部によって、はめ込み部(32)上で前記固定フレームに固定され、第2の端部によって、前記直立部(20,50)の前記下端部(30)の真上で前記直立部(20,50)にスライド可能に固定される、可撓性要素により行われ、前記固定フレームに対して回動した後に、前記固定フレームにはめ込まれた前記直立部(20,50)を戻すことを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの要素(34)の前記第2の端部が、前記直立部(20,50)を囲むスライド挟持部(36)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシート。
- 前記可撓性要素が、可撓性ストリップ(34)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシート。
- 前記可撓性要素が、板バネ(60)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシート。
- 前記可撓性要素が、2つの可撓性ロッド(70A、70B)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシート。
- 前記可撓性要素が、トーションバネから形成され、前記トーションバネ自体が、ロッド(80)から形成され、前記ロッド(80)が、上端部(82)によって前記直立部の前記下端部(30)を囲み、下端部(84)によって前記はめ込み部(32)を囲むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシート。
- 各直立部(20,50)の回動が、前記固定フレームに固定された少なくとも1つの機械的な回転軸(22)と、前記直立部(20,50)の長手方向における前記直立部(20,50)のスロット(21)と、により行われ、前記機械的な回転軸(22)が前記スロット内でスライドすることができることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機械的なフューズが、接着剤により実施されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの機械的なフューズが、特にプラスチック又は金属から作られた少なくとも1つのリベットにより実施されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシート。
