軸線方向に延びる円筒状であり、前記軸線方向において互いに離れた第1ポート及び第2ポートが形成されたスリーブと、
前記軸線方向に延びて縮径部を有する円柱状であり、前記スリーブの内部を前記軸線方向に移動して前記第1ポートを開閉することで、前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとを連通及び遮断するスプールと、を備え、
前記第1ポートは、前記スリーブの周方向において第1幅を有する貫通孔である第1貫通部と、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1幅と異なる第2幅を有する貫通孔である第2貫通部とを含む。
Claims (13)
- 軸線方向に延びる円筒状であり、前記軸線方向において互いに離れた第1ポート及び第2ポートが形成されたスリーブと、
前記軸線方向に延びて縮径部を有する円柱状であり、前記スリーブの内部を前記軸線方向に移動して前記第1ポートを開閉することで、前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとを連通及び遮断するスプールと、を備え、
前記第1ポートは、前記スリーブの周方向において第1幅を有する貫通孔である第1貫通部と、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1幅と異なる第2幅を有する貫通孔である第2貫通部とを含み、
前記第1貫通部及び前記第2貫通部の少なくとも一方は、前記スリーブの周方向に一辺が沿った三角孔であり、前記三角孔の角は丸くなっている、スプール弁。 - 前記第2貫通部は、前記軸線方向において前記第1貫通部よりも前記第2ポートから離れた位置に形成されており、
前記第2幅は前記第1幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記軸線方向において、前記第1貫通部が存在する範囲と、前記第2貫通部が存在する範囲とが一部重複している、請求項2に記載のスプール弁。
- 前記第1貫通部と前記第2貫通部とは、前記スリーブの周方向において互いに重複しない位置に形成されている、請求項3に記載のスプール弁。
- 前記軸線方向において前記スプールを前記第2ポートから前記第1ポートの方向へ最大限移動させた状態で、前記第2貫通部のうち開放された部分は半分以下である、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。
- 前記第1ポートは、複数の前記第1貫通部を含み、
複数の前記第1貫通部は、前記軸線方向における位置が互いに異なっている、請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記第1ポートは、前記軸線方向において前記第1貫通部と前記第2貫通部との間の位置に形成され、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1幅よりも大きく前記第2幅よりも小さい第3幅を有する貫通孔である第3貫通部を含む、請求項2~6のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。
- 軸線方向に延びる円筒状であり、前記軸線方向において互いに離れた第1ポート及び第2ポートが形成されたスリーブと、
前記軸線方向に延びて縮径部を有する円柱状であり、前記スリーブの内部を前記軸線方向に移動して前記第1ポートを開閉することで、前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとを連通及び遮断するスプールと、を備え、
前記第1ポートは、前記スリーブの周方向において第1幅を有する貫通孔である第1貫通部と、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1幅と異なる第2幅を有する貫通孔である第2貫通部とを含み、
前記第2貫通部は、前記軸線方向において前記第1貫通部と同じ位置に形成されており、
前記軸線方向における前記第2貫通部の幅は、前記軸線方向における前記第1貫通部の幅よりも大きい、スプール弁。 - 前記第1貫通部は、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1幅としての第1径を有する円孔又は長円孔であり、
前記第2貫通部は、前記スリーブの周方向において前記第1径と異なる前記第2幅としての第2径を有する円孔又は長円孔である、請求項8に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記第1貫通部及び前記第2貫通部の少なくとも一方は、前記スリーブの周方向に一辺が沿った三角孔であり、前記三角孔の角は丸くなっている、請求項8に記載のスプール弁。
- 前記スリーブの周方向において、複数の前記第1ポートが互いに異なる位置に形成されており、
前記スリーブを内部に収納し、複数の前記第1ポートを互いに連通させる円環状の第1溝と、前記第1溝を外部に連通させる第1ボディ貫通孔とが形成された弁ボディを備える、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記スリーブの周方向において、複数の前記第2ポートが互いに異なる位置に形成されており、
前記弁ボディには、複数の前記第2ポートを互いに連通させる円環状の第2溝と、前記第2溝を外部に連通させる第2ボディ貫通孔とが形成されている、請求項11に記載のスプール弁。 - 前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとの組み合わせにより1つの弁部が構成されており、
前記軸線方向に並んだ前記弁部である第1弁部と第2弁部とを備え、
前記第1弁部において、前記第2貫通部は、前記軸線方向において前記第1貫通部よりも前記第2ポートから離れた位置に形成されており、前記第2幅は前記第1幅よりも大きく、
前記第2弁部において、前記第2貫通部は、前記軸線方向において前記第1貫通部と同じ位置に形成されており、前記第2幅は前記第1幅よりも大きく、
前記スプールには、前記第1弁部及び前記第2弁部に対してそれぞれ前記縮径部が形成されている、請求項1に記載のスプール弁。
