Claims (7)
- 所定の条件を満たすと自動停止指令に基づいて自動停止する第1駆動源と、
前記第1駆動源と駆動輪との間に配置され、給排される油圧に応じて動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、
前記第1駆動源で発生する動力によって駆動し、前記動力伝達手段に油を供給する第1オイルポンプと、
前記第1駆動源が前記自動停止している場合に、前記第1駆動源とは異なる第2駆動源により駆動され、前記動力伝達手段に前記油を供給する第2オイルポンプとを備える車両を制御する車両制御装置であって、
前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生しているかどうかを判定する異常判定手段と、
前記第1駆動源の前記自動停止指令が出力された後であり、かつ前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生している場合に、前記第1駆動源の停止以外であって、運転者からの駆動力要求に対する駆動力応答性の低下を判断可能なパラメータに基づいて前記第1駆動源を再始動すると判定されるまで前記自動停止を継続する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記自動停止指令が出力された後であり、かつ前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生している場合に、前記車両が停車すると、前記自動停止を終了して前記第1駆動源を再始動することを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記自動停止指令が出力された後であり、かつ前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生している場合に、前記動力伝達手段の油量が前記車両の発進性が低下する所定油量以下となると、前記自動停止を終了して前記第1駆動源を再始動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。
- 前記第1駆動源が前記自動停止してからの第1経過時間を計測する第1計測手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第1経過時間が第1所定時間となると前記動力伝達手段の油量が前記所定油量以下となると判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動源に前記自動停止指令が出力されてからの第2経過時間を計測する第2計測手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第2経過時間が第2所定時間となると前記動力伝達手段の油量が前記所定油量以下となると判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記油の温度を検出する油温検出手段を備え、
前記第1経過時間、または前記第2経過時間は、油温が低い程長いことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記第1駆動源が停止しているかどうか判定する停止判定手段を備え、
前記異常判定手段は、前記第1駆動源が停止した後に、前記第2オイルポンプの異常を判定することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の車両制御装置。 - 所定の条件を満たすと自動停止指令に基づいて自動停止する第1駆動源と、
前記第1駆動源と駆動輪との間に配置され、給排される油圧に応じて動力を伝達する動力伝達手段と、
前記第1駆動源で発生する動力によって駆動し、前記動力伝達手段に油を供給する第1オイルポンプと、
前記第1駆動源が前記自動停止している場合に、前記第1駆動源とは異なる第2駆動源により駆動され、前記動力伝達手段に前記油を供給する第2オイルポンプとを備える車両を制御する車両の制御方法であって、
前記第1駆動源の前記自動停止指令が出力された後であり、かつ前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生している場合に、前記第1駆動源の停止以外であって、運転者からの駆動力要求に対する駆動力応答性の低下を判定可能なパラメータに基づいて前記第1駆動源を再始動すると判定されるまで前記自動停止を継続し、
前記自動停止指令が出力された後であり、かつ前記第2オイルポンプに異常が発生している場合に、前記車両が停車すると、前記自動停止を終了して前記第1駆動源を再始動することを特徴とする車両の制御方法。
