Claims (6)
- Znが20〜45質量%、Siが0.3〜2.0質量%、Mnが1.0〜6.0質量%、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物から構成される銅系摺動材料であって、該銅系摺動材料の黄銅組織中にMn−Si系化合物を分散させた黄銅からなる銅系摺動材料において、
前記Mn−Si系化合物は、長軸方向の長さが50μm以上である針状Mn−Si系化合物の粒子を含み、該針状Mn−Si系化合物の総数の50%以上が複数の小粒子から構成されることを特徴とする銅系摺動材料。 - 前記銅系摺動材料中の前記長軸方向の長さが50μm以上である針状Mn−Si系化合物の全てが複数の小粒子から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記銅系摺動材料中の前記長軸方向の長さが50μm以上である針状Mn−Si系化合物を構成する前記小粒子の総数の70%以上で、前記長軸方向の長さが50μm以上である針状Mn−Si系化合物の長軸方向に対する前記小粒子の長さが45μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記銅系摺動材料は、前記長軸方向の長さが50μm以上である針状Mn−Si系化合物を3〜50体積%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記銅系摺動材料は、さらにFe、Al、Ni、Sn、Cr、Ti、Mo、Co、Zr、Sbより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で0.1〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
- 前記銅系摺動材料は、さらにPb、Biより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で0.1〜5質量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
