Claims (4)
- 針状Mn−Si系化合物が黄銅生地中に晶出して分散する銅合金からなる内燃機関用過給機のスラスト軸受において、
前記スラスト軸受の摺動部の表面から深さ50μmまでの領域に分散する前記針状Mn−Si系化合物は、前記摺動部の表面に対して垂直な方向の断面視野にて、当該摺動部の内部から表面に向かう長径方向が当該摺動部の表面に対して角度30°〜150°となるものが、前記領域に分散する全体の前記針状Mn−Si系化合物の50%以上であり、
前記摺動部の表面において前記黄銅生地に分散する前記針状Mn−Si系化合物の平均粒子間距離が5〜80μmであることを特徴とする内燃機関用過給機のスラスト軸受。 - 前記スラスト軸受の銅合金は、Znが20〜45質量%、Siが0.3〜2.0質量%、Mnが1.0〜6.0質量%、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物からなる銅合金によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関用過給機のスラスト軸受。
- 前記スラスト軸受の銅合金は、さらにFe、Al、Ni、Sn、Cr、Ti、Mo、Co、Zr、Sbより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で10質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の内燃機関用過給機のスラスト軸受。
- 前記スラスト軸受の銅合金は、さらにPb、Biより選択される少なくとも1種以上を総量で10質量%以下含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関用過給機のスラスト軸受。
