Description

The present invention relates to a medicine dispensing device for supplying a patient with a tablet as a medicine designated in a prescription and a medicine container used in the dispensing device.

In hospitals, pharmacies, and the like, there are cases where a drug dispensing device is used to supply a patient, in particular, a medicine instructed by a doctor's prescription to a patient. In this medicine dispensing apparatus, a medicine container (also referred to as “medicine cassette”) is detachably provided. As the medicine container, for example, a technique shown in Patent Document 1 below has been proposed.
In the medicine container disclosed in Patent Document 1, the container body includes a horizontal bottom wall part and a medicine container provided so as to rise from the bottom wall part, and a rotor that rotates about the vertical axis in the medicine container. The medicine discharge path is formed on the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the rotor so as to be spaced apart in the circumferential direction in the vertical direction, and communicates with one of the drug storage paths in the vertical direction by rotation of the rotor. An opening is formed so as to penetrate the bottom wall portion.
The medicine discharge opening is formed such that one end surface thereof is formed in the vertical direction directly below the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface of the medicine container in the bottom wall portion, and the other end surface faces the one end surface on the inside thereof.
In the medicine container with this configuration, the rotor rotates so that one of the medicine containing passages and the medicine discharge opening face each other, so that the medicine falls from the medicine containing passage through the medicine discharge opening. .

In the above configuration, it is conceivable that the medicine does not fall smoothly from the medicine discharge opening but adheres to the back surface of the bottom wall portion due to charging. If it does so, it cannot count that the medicine was discharged from the medicine discharge opening.
The state in which the medicine adheres to the back surface of the bottom wall due to electrification is particularly a concern when the inside of the medicine container is dried so as to suppress the moisture absorption of the medicine in the medicine container or when a lightweight medicine is handled.

Then, in view of the said subject, this invention aims at provision of the chemical | medical agent storage container and chemical | medical agent distribution apparatus which can make a chemical | medical agent fall smoothly from a chemical | medical agent discharge opening.

The drug container of the present invention includes a container body including a bottom wall portion and a drug container portion provided on the upper surface of the bottom wall portion, the drug container portion rising from the upper surface of the bottom wall portion and around the vertical axis. It has a cylindrical portion that allows a rotatable rotor to be arranged radially inward, and a medicine is stored in a container from a medicine containing passage formed along the vertical direction by retreating a part of the outer peripheral surface of the rotor radially inward. A medicine discharge opening for dropping and discharging to the outside of the main body is formed in a part of the bottom wall portion, and the drug storage path and the drug discharge opening face each other in the vertical direction by the rotation of the rotor, so that it is held in the drug storage path. The medicine discharged is configured to fall through the medicine discharge opening, and at least the lower end of the wall surface of the radially outer portion of the medicine discharge opening has an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and an upper surface of the bottom wall portion. The surface should be displaced radially outward from the crossover position. It is characterized in.

In the above configuration, when the rotor rotates about the vertical axis and the medicine storage path and the medicine discharge opening face each other in the vertical direction, the medicine held in the medicine storage path reaches the drug discharge opening and passes (falls).
The wall surface of the radially outward portion of the medicine discharge opening is a surface that is at least shifted in the radially outward direction with respect to the crossing position of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and the upper surface of the bottom wall portion. Therefore, the opening area of the lower end portion of the medicine discharge opening is wider at the upper part than that, and the area that comes into contact with the wall surface of the medicine discharge opening when the medicine passes so as to drop down the medicine opening is the wall surface. Therefore, even if the medicine is charged with static electricity, it hardly adheres to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion on the radially outer side of the medicine discharge opening.

In the medicine container according to the present invention, the radially outward portion of the medicine discharge opening is located on the radially outward side of the outer surface of the cylindrical portion.
According to the above configuration, since the radially outer portion of the medicine discharge opening is further expanded, it is difficult for the medicine to adhere to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion on the radially outward side of the medicine discharge opening.

The medicine container according to the present invention is characterized in that a notch that is concave upward is formed at the lower end of the cylindrical portion so as to be continuous with the medicine discharge opening.

The inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion is a surface that can be a guide surface when the drug falls from the drug storage path to the drug discharge port, but by forming a notch at the lower end of the cylindrical portion so as to be concave upward, The area where the medicine can come into contact with the container body is reduced just before the medicine passes through the medicine discharge opening while securing the medicine drop guide surface, so even if the medicine is charged with static electricity, It is difficult to adhere to the bottom surface of the bottom wall portion on the radially outer side.

The medicine container according to the present invention is characterized in that the upper surface of the notch is above the upper surface of the bottom wall portion.
In the above configuration, after the medicine drops to the notch, the area where the medicine can come into contact with the container body is reduced so that the area outside the medicine discharge opening can be reduced even if the medicine is charged with static electricity. It is difficult to adhere to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion on the side.

The medicine container of the present invention is characterized in that a cover portion is provided that covers the medicine discharge opening and the notch on the radially outer side of the cylindrical portion.
According to the above configuration, dust and the like are prevented from entering from the outside in the radial direction of the notch and the medicine discharge opening.

The medicine container of the present invention is characterized in that the upper surface of the notch is an uneven surface that repeats unevenness.
According to the above configuration, since air enters the uneven surface, even if a force is exerted on the upper surface of the cutout due to the charging, the drug is hardly adsorbed on the upper surface.

In the medicine container of the present invention, the medicine discharge opening is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, and an outer wall surface as a wall surface of the radially outer portion of the drug discharge opening and an inner wall surface of the radially inner portion are provided. It is characterized by being opposed to each other in the radially inner and outer directions.
By making the medicine discharge opening substantially rectangular, the shape is simplified, and the manufacture of the medicine container is easy.
The radial inner and outer directions refer to the center of the cylindrical portion as a reference, the radial direction toward the center being the radially inner side, and the radial direction away from the center being the radially outer side.

The drug dispensing device of the present invention is characterized in that the drug container according to any of the above is detachably provided.

According to the medicine container and the medicine distributor of the present invention, the rotor rotates about the vertical axis, the medicine container and the medicine discharge opening face each other in the vertical direction, and the medicine held in the medicine container is the medicine. When passing through (falling to) the discharge opening, the radially outer wall surface of the drug discharge opening is at least at its lower end with a diameter relative to the crossing position of the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion and the upper surface of the bottom wall portion. Since the surface is displaced outward in the direction, the opening area of the lower end of the medicine discharge opening is wider at the upper part, and the medicine can contact the wall of the medicine discharge opening. Therefore, even if the medicine is charged with static electricity, it is possible to effectively prevent a state where it adheres to the lower surface of the bottom wall portion on the radially outer side of the medicine discharge opening.

Hereinafter, a medicine distribution device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. A locking portion 39a of the leaf spring 39 is locked to the teeth of the large-diameter gear 41 from the side in order to prevent unexpected rotation of the lower rotating portion 32.

By retreating the outer peripheral surface 42 of the lower rotating portion 32 radially inward at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, a plurality of medicine accommodating paths 24 are formed along the vertical direction. The circumferential width and height of the medicine storage path 24 are set so that only one tablet 5 can be stored.

The upper surface of the upper rotating portion 33 is formed in a substantially conical shape, and an inclined flat surface portion 44 cut so as to be inclined downward in the radial direction is formed on a part of the upper surface.
The upper rotating portion 33 is provided via a gap 19 in which the tablet 5 can drop with respect to the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17. In other words, the outer diameter side 33 a of the upper rotating portion 33 faces the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17 through the gap 19 in the radially inner and outer directions. The radial width of the gap 19 substantially coincides with the radial width of the medicine container 24.
With such a configuration of the upper rotating portion 33, when the tablet 5 is placed on the upper surface of the upper rotating portion 33, the tablet 5 slides down obliquely along the upper surface or the inclined flat surface portion 44 and is stored in the medicine storage path 24. It is comprised so that.

The upper rotating portion 33 has an inner shaft 35 provided along the vertical direction at the radial center position of the lower surface recess 38.
The inner shaft 35 penetrates the bottom wall plate 13 so as to be fitted and inserted into the outer shaft 34, and the lower end portion of the inner shaft 35 protrudes further downward than the lower end portion of the outer shaft 34. A small-diameter gear 45 having a smaller diameter than that of the large-diameter gear 41 is externally fitted to the lower end portion of the inner shaft 35.
As described above, the outer shaft 34 and the inner shaft 35 are provided with gears having different diameters, so that when the drug container 4 is mounted on the support 3 and each gear is rotated, the upper shaft rotates. The part 33 and the lower rotating part 32 are configured to rotate around the vertical axis 7 at different speeds.

A coil spring 48 (compression spring) as an example of an elastic body is disposed so that the upper surface 13a of the bottom wall plate 13 and the back surface 47 of the bulging portion 40 are spring seats and the cylindrical protrusion 23 is exteriorized. Due to the elasticity of the coil spring 48, the rotor 8 is biased in a direction to float from the upper surface 13 a of the bottom wall plate 13. In addition, the coil spring 48 expands and contracts according to the weight resulting from the amount of the tablet 5 accommodated, and when at least the tablet 5 is not on the rotor 8, the lower surface of the rotor 8 is slightly from the upper surface 13a of the bottom wall plate 13. Floating.

Here, FIG. 12 is a perspective view from the rear of the medicine container 4, FIG. 13 is a bottom view, FIG. 14 is a partially enlarged bottom view, and FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.
Based on these drawings and FIGS. 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11, the configuration of the medicine discharge opening 22 and its peripheral portion will be described in detail.

The medicine discharge opening 22 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view as described above, and the front wall surface 50 and the rear wall surface 51 that form the drug discharge opening 22 face each other in the front-rear direction. Opposite in the left-right direction.

The position P1 of the front wall surface 50 will be described. The front wall surface 50 is a vertical surface, and the front wall surface 50 is centered with respect to a virtual circle that is drawn so that the radial inner surfaces 55 of the drug containing passage 24 are continuous with each other about the vertical axis 7 that is the rotation center of the rotor 8. The position is shifted to the side (vertical axis 7 side).
The position P2 of the rear wall surface 51 will be described. The rear wall surface 51 is a vertical surface, and is displaced further rearward with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17 about the vertical axis 7 that is the rotation center of the rotor 8. That is, the position is shifted rearward (outward in the radial direction of the rotor 8) with respect to the intersection position P <b> 3 between the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17 and the upper surface 13 a of the bottom wall plate 13.
The amount of deviation is not particularly defined, but is preferably set as appropriate based on conditions such as the shape, diameter, and size of the tablet 5 to be handled.
Both side wall surfaces 52 and 53 are vertical surfaces, and the separation distance in the left-right direction is set to be larger than the circumferential width of the medicine container 24.

A notch 56 that is concave upward is formed in an area corresponding to the medicine discharge opening 22 in the vertical direction at the lower end of the cylindrical portion 17 so as to be continuous with the medicine discharge opening 22.
Since this notch 56 is concave upward so as to be continuous with the medicine discharge opening 22, the upper wall surface 57 constituting the notch 56 is naturally above the upper surface 13 a of the bottom wall plate 13. The upper wall surface 57 is a flat surface.

A cover portion 58 that covers the medicine discharge opening 22 and the notch 56 on the radially outer side of the cylindrical portion 17 is provided.
The cover part 58 has a rising wall 60 and an extension wall 61. The rising wall 60 has an inner wall surface 62 that rises upward from the position of the rear wall surface 51 of the medicine discharge opening 22. The extension wall 61 has a lower wall surface 63 that extends rearward from the position of the upper wall surface 57 of the notch 56. In the cover portion 58, the left and right sides of the rising wall 60 and the extension wall 61 are closed by vertical wall pieces 64.

The cover portion 58 having such a configuration is formed integrally with the cylindrical portion 17 and the bottom wall plate 13.
The upper wall surface 57 of the notch 56 and the lower wall surface 63 of the extension wall 61 are uneven surfaces that repeat an uneven shape in the circumferential direction, and the uneven portions 63a and 63b that constitute the uneven surface are formed on the uneven surface in the radial inward and outward direction ( It is formed over the longitudinal direction).

In the medicine dispensing device 1 configured as described above, the lid 4A of the medicine container 4 is opened, the tablet 5 is put into the container body 6 from the upper housing portion 18, and the lid 4A is closed. Subsequently, when the medicine container 4 is mounted rearward with respect to the support body 3, the front end portion of the leaf spring 39 is pressed by the front end portion of the pressing wall 49 erected on the rear upper surface of the support body 3. Then, the locking portion 39a of the leaf spring 39, which is bent around the base end portion of the leaf spring 39 and locked to the teeth of the large-diameter gear 41, is released from the teeth and the locking is released. The drive gear (not shown) is engaged with the small diameter gear 45 and the large diameter gear 41 so that the small diameter gear 45 and the large diameter gear 41 can rotate about the vertical axis 7.
In such a state, when the drive gear is driven to rotate, the small diameter gear 45 and the large diameter gear 41 rotate around the outer shaft 34 and the inner shaft 35 at different speeds, respectively, and as a result, the lower rotating portion 32 of the rotor 8. The upper rotating portion 33 rotates about the vertical axis 7 together with the outer shaft 34 and the inner shaft 35 at different speeds. As described above, the lower rotating portion 32 and the upper rotating portion 33 of the rotor 8 rotate at different speeds, so that the tablet 5 that has been put into the medicine containing path 24 is sufficiently stirred.

And if the tablet 5 has overlapped with the medicine storage path 24 in the upper and lower sides, the tablet 5 on the upper side is squeezed by the partition 10 by the rotation of the rotor 8 (in the medicine storage path 24). When the medicine storage path 24 that is separated from the tablet 5 and contains the tablet 5 faces the medicine discharge opening 22 in the vertical direction, the tablet 5 falls from the medicine storage path 24 to the medicine discharge opening 22. In this case, the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17 can be a guide surface that guides the dropping of the tablet 5.

The front wall surface 50 of the medicine discharge opening 22 is in front of the radially inner surface 55 of the medicine container 24, and the rear wall surface 51 of the medicine discharge opening 22 is in a position retracted from the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17. Therefore, when the tablet 5 reaches the medicine discharge opening 22, it is possible to avoid a state in which the tablet 5 contacts the front wall surface 50 or the rear wall surface 51.
Therefore, even when the tablet 5 is charged by the above-described stirring or the like (charged with static electricity), the surface on which the tablet 5 is easily adsorbed by the charging, that is, the lower surface 13 b of the bottom wall plate 13 is separated from the tablet 5. By being separated, it is possible to effectively avoid a state in which the tablet 5 is attracted to the lower surface 13b of the bottom wall plate 13 due to electrification and hardly falls into the tablet passage hole.

Further, the rear wall surface 51 is further rearwardly displaced with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17, and a notch 56 continuous with the medicine discharge opening 22 is formed at the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 17. The rear wall surface 51 portion and the notch 56 of the medicine discharge opening 22 are covered on the rear side by the cover portion 58, so that dust enters the inside of the cylindrical portion 17 from the rear wall surface 51 portion and the notch 56 of the medicine discharge opening 22. Can be effectively prevented.

In the embodiment described with reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 15, as a means for preventing the tablet 5 from being attached to the container body 6 due to charging and smoothly dropping the tablet 5 from the medicine discharge opening 22, 51 is further displaced rearwardly (outward in the radial direction of the cylindrical portion 17) with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17, and a notch 56 continuous with the medicine discharge opening 22 is formed at the lower end portion of the cylindrical portion 17. It was.
However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.

For example, as shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. 16, the notch 56 is not necessarily provided. In this case, the rear wall surface 51 of the medicine discharge opening 22 is further rearward with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17. The configuration is shifted.

In another embodiment shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 17, the rear wall surface 51 of the medicine discharge opening 22 is further displaced rearward with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17. However, in this embodiment, the portion where the bottom wall plate 13 is bored in the medicine discharge opening 22 is only a region corresponding to the front side from the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17, and is rearward from the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17. The rear wall surface 51 side, which is a region on the side, is formed by forming a recess 70 in which the bottom wall plate 13 is recessed upward. In this configuration, a horizontal stepped surface 71 that forms a recess 70 is formed between the upper surface 13 a and the lower surface 13 b of the bottom wall plate 13 on the rear wall surface 51 side of the medicine discharge opening 22.

In another embodiment shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 18, the inclined wall portion 72 is formed by inclining only the region where the medicine discharge opening 22 is formed at the lower portion of the cylindrical portion 17 downward (toward the radial direction). Is formed, the diameter of the lower portion of the cylindrical portion 17 is expanded rearward. The position of the rear wall surface 51 of the medicine discharge opening 22 is aligned with the lower end portion of the inner peripheral surface 73 of the inclined wall portion 72, and the rear wall surface 51 is formed in the vertical direction.
The embodiment shown in the enlarged sectional view of FIG. 19 is different from the embodiment of FIG. 18 in that the inner peripheral surface 73 of the inclined wall portion 72 is further extended while maintaining the inclination angle, The lower wall is a rear wall surface 51 that is inclined.

Still another embodiment is shown in the enlarged cross-sectional views of FIGS. In any of the embodiments, the upper end portion of the rear wall surface 51 coincides with the intersection position P3 between the inner peripheral surface 36 of the cylindrical portion 17 and the upper surface 13a of the bottom wall plate 13. 20 and 21 show a case where the rear wall surface 51 is a surface whose at least its lower end is displaced radially outward with respect to the crossing position P3.
That is, in the example of FIG. 20, the rear wall surface 51 is an inclined surface whose lower side is inclined rearward.
In the example of FIG. 21, the rear wall surface 51 is a circular arc surface with the lower side on the rear side.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 16 to FIG. 21, the configuration other than the means for preventing the tablet 5 from dropping from the medicine discharge opening 22 by preventing the tablet 5 from being attached to the container body 6 due to charging is shown in FIG. Since it is the same as that shown in FIG. 15 and is the same as that shown in FIG.

In any configuration of the above embodiments, at least the lower end portion of the rear wall surface 51 is displaced radially outward with respect to the crossing position P3. With this configuration, the tablet 5 reaches at least the medicine discharge opening 22. For example, since the area where the tablet 5 can come into contact with the peripheral wall surface of the medicine discharge opening 22 is reduced on the rear side compared to the conventional case, even if the tablet 5 is charged, the bottom wall plate 13 on the rear side of the medicine discharge opening 22 It is difficult to adhere to the lower surface 13b.
Therefore, the tablet 5 falls smoothly from the medicine discharge opening 22, reaches the tablet passage hole, and the detection means detects that the tablet 5 has been discharged by passing through the tablet passage hole, so that the tablet 5 is surely secured. Can be distributed.

In each of the above embodiments, the rear wall 51 is positioned such that at least the lower end thereof is in the rear (radially outward) position with respect to the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17 in any case. However, this is not necessarily the case. The position of the rear wall surface 51 only needs to be displaced at least at the lower end of the rear wall surface 51 radially outward with respect to the crossover position P3. Specifically, the rear wall surface 51 may be any of a vertical surface, an inclined surface, and an arc surface, and the lower end portion thereof is not behind the outer peripheral surface 42 of the cylindrical portion 17, and the inner peripheral surface 36 and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 17. 42 may be in a position corresponding to the position 42.

Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 15, the upper wall surface 57 of the notch 56 and the lower wall surface 63 of the extension wall 61 are formed as an uneven surface that repeats unevenness in the circumferential direction, and the uneven portions 63a, 63b is formed in a streak shape on the concavo-convex surface so as to extend radially inward and outward.
However, the concavo-convex portions 63a and 63b forming the concavo-convex surface are not limited to the radial inner and outer directions, but are formed along the circumferential direction and the left and right directions, or inclined with respect to the radial inner and outer directions (front and rear directions). It is also preferable to form it in the direction in which it is formed or to form a mesh. Further, by forming a large number of dimples (for example, minute concave portions) as in the case of embossing, it may be formed in a textured uneven portion instead of a streak shape.
