Description
25℃から500℃までの寸法変化率が、初期の25℃での寸法を基準にして、−0.3%〜+0.6%の範囲内であることを特徴とするポリイミドフィルム。
芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られたポリイミドフィルムを実質的に応力がかからない状態で500℃以上で加熱処理する工程
を含むポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。
芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られるポリイミド前駆体の溶液を支持体上に流延塗布し、加熱してポリイミド前駆体溶液の自己支持性フィルムを製造する工程と、
この自己支持性フィルムをイミド化してポリイミドフィルムを製造する工程と、
得られたポリイミドフィルムを実質的に応力がかからない状態で500℃以上で加熱処理する工程と
を有するポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。
試料長さ:15mm、
試料幅:4mm、
昇温開始温度:25℃、
昇温終了温度:500℃(500℃での保持時間はなし)、
降温終了温度:25℃、
昇温および降温速度:20℃/min、
測定雰囲気:窒素。
(ただし、Lは測定温度での長さ、L0は昇温前の25℃での長さである。)
(ただし、W0は500℃昇温直後の重量、Wは500℃で20分間保持後の重量である。)
(ただし、Lは500℃での長さ、L0は昇温前の25℃での長さ、Tは500℃、T0は25℃である。)
(ポリアミック酸溶液の調製)
重合槽に、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド2470質量部を入れ、次いで3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物(s−BPDA)294.33質量部と、p−フェニレンジアミン(PPD)108.14質量部とを加え、30℃で10時間重合反応させて、ポリアミック酸溶液(ポリイミド前駆体溶液)を得た。得られたポリアミック酸溶液のポリマーの対数粘度(測定温度:30℃、濃度:0.5g/100ml溶媒、溶媒:N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド)は2.66であり、溶液の30℃での回転粘度は3100ポイズであった。
(ポリイミドフィルムの製造)
参考例1で得られたポリアミック酸溶液に、ポリアミック酸100質量部に対して0.1質量部の割合でモノステアリルリン酸エステルトリエタノールアミン塩を添加し、均一に混合してポリアミック酸溶液組成物を得た。このポリアミック酸溶液組成物の30℃での回転粘度は3000ポイズであった。
RFスパッタ(パワー:2.0kW/m2)により前処理した後、このポリイミドフィルムの両面に、下記の条件でDCスパッタにより厚み100nmのMo層をB面、A面の順で形成して、モリブデン積層ポリイミドフィルムを得た。
(Moスパッタ条件)
パワー:40kW/m2(DC)、
スパッタガス:Ar、
チャンバーガス圧:0.6Pa、
ポリイミドフィルム幅:300mm、
搬送速度:0.3m/分。
参考例1で得られたポリアミック酸溶液に、ポリアミック酸の繰り返し単位1モルに対して0.55モルの無水酢酸と0.55モルのイソキノリンを添加し、十分に攪拌して、約0℃の製膜用ドープ液を調製した。
ポリイミドフィルムの無応力状態での熱処理を行わなかった以外は実施例1と同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを得、さらに、このポリイミドフィルムを用いてモリブデン積層ポリイミドフィルムを得た。
ポリイミドフィルムの無応力状態での熱処理を行わなかった以外は実施例2と同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを得、さらに、このポリイミドフィルムを用いてモリブデン積層ポリイミドフィルムを得た。
市販のポリイミドフィルム(株式会社カネカ製、アピカルNPI)を用いて、実施例1と同様にしてモリブデン積層ポリイミドフィルムを得た。
市販のポリイミドフィルム(東レ・デュポン株式会社製、カプトンEN)を用いて、実施例1と同様にしてモリブデン積層ポリイミドフィルムを得た。

Claims (14)
- 芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られるポリイミドフィルムであって、
25℃から500℃までの寸法変化率が、初期の25℃での寸法を基準にして、−0.3%〜+0.6%の範囲内であることを特徴とするポリイミドフィルム。 - 500℃で20分間熱処理後の重量減少率が1質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 25〜500℃の線膨張係数が1〜10ppm/℃である請求項1または2記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物を主成分とする芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と、パラフェニレンジアミンを主成分とする芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られるポリイミドフィルムである請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 厚みが5〜100μmである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルムを製造する方法であって、
芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られたポリイミドフィルムを実質的に応力がかからない状態で500℃以上で加熱処理する工程
を含むポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルムを製造する方法であって、
芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とから得られるポリイミド前駆体の溶液を支持体上に流延塗布し、加熱してポリイミド前駆体溶液の自己支持性フィルムを製造する工程と、
この自己支持性フィルムをイミド化してポリイミドフィルムを製造する工程と、
得られたポリイミドフィルムを実質的に応力がかからない状態で500℃以上で加熱処理する工程と
を有するポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。 - 加熱処理するポリイミドフィルムが、3,3’,4,4’−ビフェニルテトラカルボン酸二無水物を主成分とする芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と、パラフェニレンジアミンを主成分とする芳香族ジアミン成分とから化学イミド化、またはポリイミド前駆体溶液の自己支持性フィルムを延伸した後、あるいは延伸しながら熱イミド化することによって得られる、25〜500℃の線膨張係数が1〜10ppm/℃のポリイミドフィルムである請求項6または7記載のポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記ポリイミドフィルムを加熱処理する工程において、ポリイミドフィルムを実質的に応力がかからない状態で500℃以上550℃以下で30秒〜10分間加熱する請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルムの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルム上に金属層を形成してなる積層体。
- 前記金属層がモリブデンを含む層である請求項10記載の積層体。
- 前記金属層がスパッタリングまたは蒸着により形成されたものである請求項10または11記載の積層体。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルムからなる基板上に、少なくとも導電性を有する金属層と、カルコパイライト構造半導体層とを有するCIS系太陽電池。
- CIS系太陽電池の製造における請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のポリイミドフィルムまたは請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の積層体の使用。
