Description
これに対し比較例1,2はBiに対するSnの質量比率が低いために、合金割れが起きた。これはBi粒子相の外周部に形成される「Snを含むα相」の量が少なく、Bi粒子相の外周部を完全には取り囲むように形成できなくなるので、外力が加えられた場合に変形量の差による剪断が発生したと推定される。
Claims (2)
- Znを15.0〜25.0質量%、Biを4.2〜10.0質量%、Mnを2.0〜7.0質量%、Siを1.0〜3.0質量%、及びSnを0.1〜2.0質量%含有し、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物からなり、α単相マトリックス中に、Mn−Si化合物とBi粒子相が分散している組織の銅系摺動材料において、前記Biに対する前記Snの質量比率が0.024〜0.200であることを特徴とする銅系摺動材料。
- 前記Biに対する前記Snの質量比率が、0.050〜0.140であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の銅系摺動材料。
